Garuda's Pokemon Art Pack #4 - Quagsire (Patreon)

Second image for the Pokemon Art Pack #4 by Garuda! In the Pokemon Art Pack #3, I only used Gen 1 Pokemon... for this pack I'm aiming for Gen 2 only. I figured I'd be a madman and draw a fat and happy Quagsire, heh...

For this image I experimented with a bit more of an "aggressive" lineart style than the previous drawing featuring Flaaffy... I think next time I'll go back to the more "delicate" kind of lineart. Stay tuned!
