[WIP] PAP4 Flaaffy (Patreon)

What is "PAP4", you ask? It is the acronym for the upcoming Pokemon Art Pack #4, brought to you by our boy Garuda! It will feature artwork and stories from over 20 artists and authors, and the artwork is intended to be of a kind of aliased oekaki style.

I contributed to PAP3 last year with three images of Gen 1 Pokemon, and this year I aim for at least three images of Gen 2 Pokemon. The art pack is to be released on December 25th, so there's a lot of work to be done on my part in a short time, but here's a preview of the first image! I'll upload WIPs and the finalized images as they come. Stay tuned!
