Garuda Pokemon Art Pack 3, Entry #1 (Patreon)

Sir garudasix is hosting another Pokemon Art Pack, the third in his series! It's a collective of "aliased" Pokemon artwork from various artists! He invited me to join in and I just had to say yes but I also knew I'd procrastinate... hence why my first last-minute entry is a Slowpoke!

Minimum is two images but I aim to make three so stay tuned! Also stay tuned for the art pack as a whole; it will be great! A lot of good folks are putting time into it!

Part of the reason I wanted to join in was the "aliased" style restriction... it reminds me of the old oekaki days in AGNPH, if anyone knows what that was. They were good times and I'm re-living it!
