“So we need to get Benimaru a girlfriend.” Tomoya suddenly stated. After letting Shion meet the other girls, she brought Shion to her other space to talk with Shuna and Remmi. 

“To think Brother was having such thoughts about my own wife….” Shuna’s expression was not good.

“Shuna, to be fair, Benimaru seemed to have liked Tomoya from the start. But I do admit finding him a girl would be best, but the problem is….. He is not someone who is easily swayed. He only liked Tomoya because her power was great at first. So unless they are all powerful at the start, they might not even make him glance at them.”

“Hmm….. Well…. What if we do this…. There are quite a few girls in Eden that are not my wives all of which are powerful. Maybe if…. We drug him and get him to have sex with one of them. It will make him take a step back.” Tomoya could only think of this. She did not want Benimaru being caught up on her, nor did she want him lusting after her either.

“I am not so sure. He would be very mad and might even leave the village.” Shuna’s words made Tomoya nod. The last thing she wanted was to have Benimaru leave the village.

“I guess I can only tell him straight out that it will never work and that we can only be friends and friends only. But bringing that up out of the blue would be very awkward.” Tomoya could only sigh. The situation was touchy and not something she had expected. She was quite open about being a lesbian, so she did not understand why any guy would still think they had a chance.

“Maybe we can figure out a way to let him know without actually talking about it,” Remmi suggested. “What if all three of us hang on Tomo all the time so he has no chance to actually get Tomo alone. This way, he will have no choice after a while, to just give up and accept the fact that he never had a chance in the first place.”

“His might work. My brother is stubborn, but he is not stupid. He will eventually understand that he has never had a chance. Even if he did wish to spill out his feelings, he would not do so if others were around. I feel bad for him since this is the first time he has ever fallen for someone. I was afraid he would ask me to be his wife if things did not happen as they did. He has always been a little too concerned about what I was doing.” Shuna always felt Benimaru’s gaze was a little too strong sometimes.

“I don’t think he ever thought about you like that, Shuna. While he might be overly protective, he has just been a big brother who cares deeply for his sister, especially after what happened. So don’t think such things about him. Benimaru is a good man, but sadly, I do not like men. I am sure he will eventually find someone who truly loves him for him.” Tomoya was not going to bad mouth the man. She knew Benimaru better than these two did. Only because she knew the story, she would not give him Momiji because Tomoya wanted the cute tengu for herself. 

But this did not mean that there was no one. Albis would still become Benimaru’s wife. While Momiji will be taken, he still has one left. It was not that Tomoya disliked Albis. It was just that she did not wish to take all the girls for herself and leave her people with nothing. Especially since she planned to take most of these people with her when she went to a new world. 

What would happen to the monster kingdom they were building when she left, Tomoya did not know. It would be in the hands of the next generation at that time. But she did not plan to leave this place for a good few years, so it was no problem. This world was quite safe in the regard of the people she would meet and the powerful people at her side.

“Then we will just go with the diversion tactic until he gives up,” Shion suggested. Everyone present nodded. This was the best they could come up with at this time.

“Then let’s head back. We still have a lot to do. Although, Shuna, Remmi, be sure to take it easy okay? Don’t work too hard.” Tomoya wanted to remind the two girls that they were not just taking care of themselves anymore.

“We understand.” Shuna smiled and nodded. 

When the four girls returned to their tent, a knock was once more heard at the door. “Tomoya-sama, I have a few questions for you.” Luckily it was Kaijin. 

“Questions, huh? Alright, give me a moment, and I will be right out.”
