“Exactly!” Lishia seemed to have snapped out of her daze as she rushed forward and held Shizuku’s hands. “I have always thought the same. No matter where I went in the world, everyone, be it Fallen or any other race, worshiped Goddess Yunni. She is not the goddess of one but the goddess of all!

“As adventurers, we all roam the lands. From continent to continent and to kingdom to kingdom. If we hold hate towards other races because we think Goddess Yunni only likes our race, then we can not be true adventurers.” As Lishia said this last part, she looked over at Bardly, who was still unable to get up after such a scare.

“The sword saint is right. We can not be prejudiced against Fallen, or else we will eventually be unable to continue growing.” Another adventurer yelled out.

“Yeah, we do not all feel the same as Bradly here. He is just pissed because he was beaten black and blue by a hobgoblin not too long ago.”

“Oh, right. Didn’t he hit on a hooded girl at his side? Bradly has a thing about thighs. The girl had on a short skirt. He didn’t even get to look at her face before running over and trying to talk her up. The hobgoblin instantly beat him up before he even got a look at her. It was quite funny.”

Hearing this story, Shizuku smiled. It meant that the duo they had saved before was actually able to make it this far with out issue and was still moving on. “It’s good to know that many do not look down on people like me.”

“Of course! Now come on, tell me! When did you inject your blood into Bradly there?” Lishia’s eyes were sparkling. She really wanted to know! She had watched the entire thing but did not get to see when she did it!

“Hmmm?” Shizuku raised her hand. “Can you see it?”

“See what?” Lishia squinted her eyes as much as she could, but no matter how much she tried, she couldn’t see anything in Shizuku’s hand.

“You won’t be able to. This thin blood needle is able to pierce through armor without being detected. Even magic can not detect it. In other words, it’s a silent killer. You may never know when you were infected by my blood.” Shizuku’s words made everyone present go silent. A cold chill filled the air as they looked at her in horror. She looked at them and smiled as she said: “Don’t worry. I didn’t do anything. I only use it against people who wish to harm me and my loved ones.”

“Can you use it on me!? I want to see if my  battle aura can block it!” Lishia loved testing her abilities against the unknown. This was why she was able to become a sword saint in the first place.

“I guess?” Shizuku nodded and waited for Lishia to get ready.

Lishia jumped back with excitement in her eyes. She let out a battle cry as the air around her began to turn. Her hair began to sway violently as a reddish-golden aura began to surround her body. “I am ready!”

“Okay….” Shizuku flicked her finger. The microscopic blood needle that was so small that it could pass through anything slipped right through Lishia’s battle aura and entered her body. Shizuku controlled the blood to spread out and began to take control of Lishia’s body. Soon, the sword saint was standing in front of Bradly. Her aura was still on max as her hand pulled back and thrust forward. Bradly, who was still in a daze from before, cried out in pain as he was punched into the ground, forming a crater.

Shizuku nodded in satisfaction as she flicked her finger once more and smiled.  “See.”

Lishia, who had control of her body once more, was in shock. She could not even regain control of her body. She was many levels above the girl in front of her, but she was unable to gain control! “This…. That is crazy!”

“No, so much. If you had more control of your blood flow, you would have been able to counter it. I did feel a small tug at one point, but you relaxed too much. You are willing to let me invade your body, which resulted in you being easily controlled. If you kept pushing, you would have been able to regain control in no time at all.” Shizuku explained.

“My skill seems amazing because it is only good for those around my level and surprise attacks. If you were a vampire, I would not have been able to do anything.” Shizuku knew this for a fact. If Lishia had control of her blood she would not have been able to do anything.

“I see….” Lishia nodded. “As a surprise attack, it is indeed effective. If I were to fight you even now, I would not be able to win unless I attacked you by surprise. It seems I need a new method of training if I do not wish to die without knowing why! Hahaha!”

Lishia let out a laugh but quickly stopped and looked at Shizuku. “Are you sure it is okay to tell us all this?”

“Why wouldn’t it be? If I really wanted to kill anyone here it would not be controlling your body. I would just go straight for your heart or brain. Why give you time to force my blood out?”
