“Burp!”

“That is not very ladylike Alicia.” Elara giggled as she said this. Why, I do not know. All I did was burp. I mean, the food was good. It flowed down into my belly and made it plump. Sadly I can’t fit any more in. I do not want to puke up all the goodness. It would go to waste. One might think I am strange. I ate food from trash bags, but I did not eat the food that was dropped on the floor, nor would I eat anything I puked up.

But there is a good reason for this. Mainly because there was more where they came from! I did not need to worry about my next meal since I knew I would be having dinner later. So even if I was unable to get more food from the food court I could just come again next time. Well… as long as I don’t mess up at Elara’s place and get kicked out. Then, I would get front-row seats to all the best mystery bags a first-tier citizen can get.

I might even get some old food that they were throwing out for the day. But I really do wish to know where all this meat comes from. Well, there are many parts of the three tiers of our moving city that many would never see in their lifetime. From what I know, the second tier is under artificial sun and has fast fields. So maybe the meat comes from there?

Anyway, the most important thing at this time is to let my belly settle. “Elara, I can’t move carry me.”

“How can I carry you!?” Elara cried out before poking my belly. “It really did stick out quite a bit but then again you had ten burgers and fries. Just how much do you like burgers?”

“It was just that good. You have no idea how bad the burgers from the trash can be.” I rubbed my belly. “I guess we should head home huh?”

“I do not think we will get a chance.” Elara pointed over at the two people walking over to us.

I turned to see what should be reporters but why are they walking over to us? Were they trying to get free food, too? “Elara, if they ask you to buy anything tell them no. They probably want free food.”

“I highly doubt that is the case…” Elara gave me a strange look. Fine! I won’t warn her anymore about people trying to get free things! I pursed my lips and turned away. My good intentions were tossed in the trash!

“Excuse me but are you this girl?” A woman holding a mic shoved her phone in my face. On the screen was an image of me punching a green thing.

“Umm… Maybe? But I am not going to buy you any food so do not ask!” I had to make sure this lady knew I was not going to fall for her schemes!

“Umm… that’s okay, I am not here for food. I am here to interview you if you do not mind.” I couldn’t help but pause and look at the woman. Was she really not here to try to get free food?

I tilted my head to the side to look at Elara, who mouthed: “I told you so.” Before smiling at me proudly.

I couldn’t help but stick my tongue out at her before turning to the woman again and giving a blank expression as I asked: “What’s a interview?”

“Huh?” I guess my question caught her off guard. It was understandable since I think she was, in truth, trying to ask me for food! Ho ho…. Stealthy indeed. Using made-up words. “I have caught on to your act! You are just making up fancy words so you can swindle us out of money so you can buy burgers!”

“Ummm?”

“Don’t look at Elara! She won’t help you either!”

“Alicia, I that is not what it…”

“I will not stand here while you try to trick people into giving yuou money. Interview. No such word exis-hmmm? Elara why are you pulling on my arm!?”

“Alicia, interview means she wants to ask you a few questions and you answer them! It’s a real word!” Elara’s face was bright red. I looked around at all the people looking at me and then at the stupefied expression on the lady’s face and realized I had really made a mistake.

“Oh! Interview! Hahaha… I thought you said mightypoo! You know as in give me food?”

“Pfft!” Someone broke down laughing.

I could feel my cheeks heating up. I looked at Elara for help, but she was staring at the ceiling for some strange reason. I looked up but did not see anything interesting… “Ahem… So… this interview what did you want to know?”
