“Umm…” Yuki watched as Delia tried to make a great escape, but Rize was already behind her, grabbing onto the scruff of her robes and lifting her into the air. Delia was literally running in place in mid-air as if her life depended on it.

“Did you think you could escape me, oh Demon Queen? Do you realize what you did in the upper realms? Do you know what kind of mess I had to clean up because you ran away?” Rize asked, her lips curled up into a smile, but her eyes were not smiling at all. It was actually quite a scary scene.

“Hehe… Oh, if it wasn’t Lady Rize. How…. How are you?” Delia suddenly turned all meek. This was the first time Yuki had ever seen Delia so passive with anyone else but her. In a way, she felt…. Jealous.

“Rize, can you let my WIFE go, please?” Yuki made sure to weigh in the fact that Delia was her wife.

“Tch….” Rize tossed Delia over to Yuki after clicking her tongue. Once again, you are quite lucky. You ran all the way to the immortal realm after breaking my grandfather’s prized vase, which was said to hold the secrets of the realms engraved into it.”

“Oh? Delia, is this the real reason you escaped to the mortal realm?” Yuki’s voice was filled with a tinge of anger. “So you lied to me?”

“I…. I didn’t want you to think I was chased out for a silly reason! I was supposed to be the cool, strong wife!” Delia pouted. She did not want to lie, but she also did not want Yuki to look at her and think she was weak.

“You could have just told me! No sex with me for a month!” Yuki said with a snort.

“What!? No! Yuki, you can’t be that cruel! I’m sorry!” Delia was down on her hands and knees, pressing her forehead against the ground. Rize, who watched this whole scene, turned her head and covered her mouth, trying her best not to laugh. But the scene of the demon queen, the same girl who did not even blink when staring down an immortal king when she was just a little immortal, was not begging a mortal to forgive her.

“Oh, how the queen has fallen.” Rize finally said with an amused grin.

“Rize, you stay out of this! This is very important. Do you know how hard it is for me to go a day without my Yuki juice?” Delia yelled, not caring about the fact that not even a minute earlier, she was trying to run away from Rize.

“Can you not talk about your sex life like this? Show some shame! You still owe my family a million high-quality spirit stones!” Rize announced, causing Yuki to raise an eyebrow.

“What!? That dusty old thing was not even worth that much!” Delia yelled out. “You tell your old fart grandfather to kiss my ass if he thinks he is getting that amount out of me!”

“Pfft.” Yuki let out a snort of laughter when she heard Delia’s retort.

“You! If you were not Yuki’s wife, I would beat you until an inch of your life is left. How dare you talk like that about my grandfather! If he knew about this, he would squish you like a bug!” Rize really wished to slap Delia across the world and back. But she was holding back due to Yuki.

“Alright, let’s stop there. Delia, apologize. Never talk about other people’s families.” Yuki decided to end the fight. However, she did find it amusing.

“But Yuki….” Delia pouted. She did not want to apologize to this woman!

“Delia! You were in the wrong, so apologize now.” Yuki used a more demanding tone causing Delia to shrink her neck back. With a very wronged expression on her face, she turned and bowed her head slightly. “Sorry. I should not have said that….”

“I’m sorry I did not hear you. What did you say?” Of course, Rize was relishing the fact that Delia was being forced to apologize so she would not let it go that easily.

“I said I am sorry that your feet smell like fish!” Delia yelled out. “Did you hear me this time, you deaf old hag!?”

“You! That’s it! I will make sure you are fully embarrassed in front of your wife! I will spank your ass right here and now!” Rize rolled up her sleeves on her robes and stepped forward.

Yuki, however, pulled Delia back and looked at Rize. “Rize, you were at fault for that one. Delia did apologize, but you decided to mess with her.”

“Tch! Damn cat is lucky to have a fox who cares so much about her. Delia, you better be happy that Yuki is willing to stick up for you, or I wold have already stuffed your head in the ground and left you where with your legs sticking straight up into the air.” Rize was not happy, but she had no choice. “Anyway, We will be seeing a lot of each other from now on, so there will be plenty of chances for me to dish out punishment.”

“What!? What do you mean!?” Delia did not understand. She thought the old hag would be leaving now.

“Oh, I didn’t tell you. I am going to take Yuki as my master. So I can learn the art of magi qi. Let’s get along well, Senior Sister.” Rize’s bright smile sent a shiver down Delia’s spine.
