You were asking how Jimmy know Huell - that shady veterinarian who was giving Mike jobs got Jimmy in touch with Huell. So the vet must be known to all the cowboys and renegades in town who work in the dark. Guys like Jimmy and the goofy guy with the baseball cards go to him to find manpower for their jobs, and the manpower like Mike and Huell go to him to find the jobs, and he acts as intermediary and point of contact for both sides. The ID's Nacho was looking at in his safe - fake Manitoba IDs so he and his dad can escape the cartel if/when necessary. Looks like he plans to hide out in Canada. Semi-ironically, the actor for Nacho is actually French-Canadian too.

When Walt and Jesse took him out to the desert to try and make him take their bribe when they were trying to save Badger - he said "did Lalo send you?" when he was on his knees with the blindfold on. Nice call back by the Better Call Saul people because I'm guessing Lalo didn't even exist yet in the universe and it was just a throwaway line at the time.
