Hi Asia & BJ, could you do a reaction to Titanic? I can't stop watching youtube vids about it the last couple of days

Rio Mendoza

It's so funny- I've watched this series at least 6 or 7 times and every time Christopher proposes to his baby momma, I'm always surprised! Y'all aren't crazy haha it's really jarring and I can't ever remember her name either. Not her fault though, we hardly get to know her

Please continue Harry Potter when you get a chance. The 3rd movie is where the maturity ramps way up. I think you'd both fall in ove after the 3rd movie and the 4th is my personal favorite. If you need something off topic my favorite movie is "Blood Diamond" with Leonardo DiCaprio. I'd be willing to pay for these reactions or if I need to upgrade my tier or anything I'm down.

episode 9 when Tony and Christopher ripped off the bikers. They were just doing what criminals do. Rip each other off when someone else took the risk. These people are dangerous and have no problem killing each other.

Gary Morse

episode 10 when Vito killed the guy who's car was crashed. These people do not care who gets in their way, they will kill if any one is a threat.

Carmela had been asking Tony to convince the building inspector to approve the permit on her spec house. He finally told Sil to take care of it after she was asking too many uncomfortable questions about Adriana and her mother. Then Meadow starts telling Tony about her problems with Finn, and like most dad's, told her to talk to her mother about that shit. He then calls Sil and tells him to forget about the building inspector, because he realizes Carmela needs to deal with Meadow as a mother should, and she does not need to be involved with outside interests. (According to Tony) He tries to convince Carmela she would make a huge profit if she just sold the property as is. I remember those times in 2005 and 2006 when the real estate market was way overheated and people were paying inflated prices for real estate, then selling it and making lot of money till the market completely crashed in 2008. Just when the series Breaking Bad started. There was an episode in Breaking Bad where Walt was initially able to convince Skyler, that Gretchen and Elliot were broke, and could not pay for his treatment any more. A lot of businesses really did go under at that time. Both series masterfully used the current events of the time in their stories.

One of the many things HBO does well is their intro songs. Appreciate you letting it play out here and there 🤘

Tony is having Carmela talk to Meadow. Now he will have to deal with AJ as a dad. I am not sure how Tony goes about doing that, but it is going to have to happen soon, otherwise AJ is going down the wrong path.

Trivia: The scene that BJ liked in the basement where Chris and Tony were talking about Ade was actually filmed during her last episode. The actress who played Ade went to the creator of the show and convinced him not to air that scene because there wouldn’t have been any tension or surprise when Sil was driving her “to the hospital”. So they took her advice and ended up airing that part as a flashback in the episode you just watched.

Chris goes down to Tony's basement to shoot the shit and it's so heavily punctuated that the relationship between Chris and Tony is over. They talk like two friends that have nothing in common anymore. Chris put in a new heater in the wire room, oh, good, that's good... The silence is deafening before they start to play 'remember when' (the lowest form of conversation). Chris repeats the same punchlines he used before "Grizzly Adams douchebag" but this time around, it's lost its pop, much like going on a roller coaster a 2nd time. Season 6 is so sad.

Yeah Carmella had her dad working on the house. Remember? He used the wrong wood and she said she had nagged him a bunch of times to do it right only to hear the inspector haunt the work. Hence why she need Tony to lean on one. Then while Tony was in the hospital Carmella’s dad picked over all the supplies and took them. Remember she went yo his house and yelled at her dad? I was always put out that Tony wouldn’t help Carmella with her favor.

The Sopranos intro is the shit.

Also as for the end with Paulie and his "mom" i always just saw it as he realized how dumb he was being and as soon as he was scared he naturally went back to his mother because that what most people do, you go to the people who took care of you and regardless of all his bullshit, in that scene he might as well just be a scared little boy whos seeking comfort from his mom.

Put a little jar or bowl with vinegar and dish soap out…those gnats will fly right into it.
