This particular episode won Jim Gandolfini and Edie Falco the best actor and actress Emmys. It’s a masterclass in acting. The writers also won an Emmy for this episode.

Jake Martin

Edie Falco delivers one of the best performances of all time here. I've watched this series at least 6 or 7 times and it never ceases to amaze me. Gandolfini too, of course.

Edie Falco delivering one of TV's greatest performances of all time here. "THE THOUGHT OF IT NOW MAKES ME SICK!"

Bj clapping like dumbldore now 😂😂

Dan Sopranos

At the beginning Tony went ahead with Johnny's plan to take out Carmine even after Carmine went from 40% to 15% because in Johnny's plan Tony would pay 0% of HUD + 60%-40% all future business his way. So it was greed. With Johnny he would have made more money. But i think Tony thought that ... what if Johnny was setting him up too with the Carmine hit. What if after Tony took out Carmine,John would go to the other Bosses and say Tony took out Carmine because of a Money dispute. Johnny has a higher standing with the other Families of NY than Tony from Jersey. If that would happen Tony would get killed ... and now Johnny would be boss of his own Family & he could also incorporate the Jersey faction. Johnny could take out 2 Bosses in 1 Move

Michael King

When Chris gave them the money, it was half. He called it off, but gave them half for the trouble. But then he had his boys kill them and take it back, because Tony said “no one could ever know that it was even CONSIDERED” taking out carmine. So he tied up those loose ends.

I love that Junior is the #1 person who is sick of Janice’s shit. Constantly, like even before she starts, he’s already sick of it. Maybe even more than Tony, lol.

Eating salsa out of the jar with a spoon, one of Tony's lowest moments.

1h10m Tony takes the fucking gabagool out of the fridge and packs it to take with him LMAO. I have watched this show in its entirety at least 10 times and have never noticed that before.

Julie A

Have you ever watched the Talking Sopranos podcast on YouTube? Michael Imperioli mentioned that.

p0sthum4n

Nope, I've been meaning to one day but have never gotten around to it. I've heard Steve Schirripa makes a real ass of himself on it lol

Darth Brooks

I can't eat cold anything (unless meant to be) salsa nah, with a spoon hell nah. BUT a pickle spear, wrapped in a cheese slice, wrapped in a lunch meat is 100%. The pickle ham and swiss doobie always hits 😂

All See’er

Can y’all watch Black Mirror? Have y’all seen it or already done it?

Pink Martini AZ

I kept cracking up every time I heard that live Dean Martin CD play. That was creative. And Dean-o is the man. LOL

Julie A

I gotta say he’s REALLY annoying. Lol. I haven’t watched them all, but they’re interesting. Michael Imperioli is a real chill guy and then you have loudmouth Steve Schirripa who name drops every 5 minutes. 🙄

Remember fellas don't let side know your real name or home phone number. Or you could just not cheat on your wife.... however a few lessons from the late great Patrice Oneal come to mind like "cheating is for you" for example 🤔

Also I almost forgot about this https://youtu.be/qqE7ZxH7BJE

Quiche

Tony cheated physically, but Carmella had affairs of the heart-- the priest and Furio-- both are deep felt betrayals. :(
