Instead of going for the conventional monochromatic or standard flip-tone of black and white, I decided to go for a different approach. Essentially a blend between a modern overall look with traditional implements. The house rests on the periphery of an extensive coastline with massive potential for farming and fauna cultivation (survival or otherwise).
The traditional vanilla feel and look of the build maintains its clarity without being smothered by the complexity of angles extracted from the contemporary.
I personally believe that even brutalism, despite its reputation cast in the light of being "too flat" by architectural traditionalist, tells a story of the builder's conscious applied to his objective reality. In effect, all builds, modern or otherwise should and can be appreciated.
