What the hell is a short stack... Is it bad?

Crap crap crap. The past 2 weeks have been hard work wise. My day job is getting gruff and hard (but not terrible like past jobs I've had), so I haven't been able to post  the next part of a story (the busty boy one) as well as my end of month update!
