Hard, laying on my sides isn't really something I can do anymore. SOOO, I have to pick, front or back. If I'm on my front, well I have to use my boobs as a pillow or wedge one between me and my boobs. If I'm on my back, I can get cold pretty easy since my blanket likes to just flop off or be a pain to get over them. Yeah also getting up is a challenge too lol.
