January Monthly Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry I need to give the first monthly update of the year with an apology. To my comic tier supporters, I apologize for the lack of an update towards comics this month. My health has greatly improved since the start of this month, so comic updates will begin again in February. As well, I've toyed around with the idea of moving short stories to the 3.00 tier and up due to the work involved in making those and to give better value to the 3.00 tier which so far has been largely been unused compared to any other tier.

10.00 tier patrons have received a message regarding your requests and just to say again, there is no time limit for this month's requests.

So before I get into work updates, a bit of an update towards my situation and health.

I started the month in the emergency room twice and figured I would be back and ready to go shortly after. I started doing one pin-up a day and focusing on more writing. I then posted my health update on the 8th with the high hopes of getting things going. Then the following week turned over and I reached the end of my medication. The one thing I didn't anticipate was withdrawals from the pain medication; the severity of my pain had the ER prescribe I take quite a bit of pain meds. With it gone, my body then had to go through withdrawals. So many parts of me were hurting and it felt like a flu/fever. It's only in the last weekend that the last of the symptoms (headaches) have finally left me. I want to thank you all for the support and words of encouragement to just take care of my health. This whole thing has left some compounding stress given the situation I talked about last month.

I do want to say that I was happy to see the positive reactions to this figure, enough so that others have asked that I make it a 3d figure. On my website, I did have a banner up that said the new model would be coming this month; unfortunately a reveal is what will have to do. But she is just over six inches tall, far bigger than the last 3d printed figure. But as well she will be joining the growing Cast of OC's with a character sheet in the future.

Now onto the monthly report:

281 renders were completed this month.

39 for pin-ups and short stories & 242 for this month's animation.

Far from the number pulled in November, but still far from the poor showings in last several of last years months.

The plan for February is to finish up comic pages as should be the normal of 3 pages per month, continue the short stories, cleavage medley & season of giving.
