The Christmas Giveaway (Patreon)

  The implant bowed her arms, nearly 30lbs, Serene wondered if she could carry two of these. The plastic surgeon, smiling like a freshly fed cat, chimed in, “Well? How’s that for a Holiday Giveaway prize?”

“I mean… it’s amazing, but is this safe? Can I go this big right away?”

“Of course, I wouldn’t have my clinic do a giveaway with theses if we couldn’t make this work for everyone.”

“Okay, but yeah… about that giveaway. I entered it, but it didn’t say anything about something like this. I thought it would be lip fillers or something.”

“Well, what part of the giveaway flyer did say 10,000 CCs would be used. If you want we could always do a butt implant or just have you with big lips instead. As well, you can always decline this.”

Serene stared at the implant in further disbelief. The cost of something like this would never be with her current salary and even if it’s not a small or medium size upgrade to her breasts, it’s still an upgrade to her tiny breasts anyway. 

The surgery was quick, the clinic promised something done in less than an afternoon and with next to no recovery time needed. 

“Are you sure you don’t want a post surgical bra?,” the surgeon queried.

“I’m sure, besides I’m just going home after this.”

All Serene had was her tank top, something that fit snug even before the surgery now risked snapping at any moment.

 With her tank top now on, Serene began to worry about getting fined for indecent exposure if her top snaps on the way home. She gave a small laugh at the thought of maybe not taking the surgical bra being her second mistake of the day, the first being the crazy implants she decided to take from some crazy giveaway. She cringed a bit as her small laugh bounced her boobs; her hands trying to wrap around her fake breasts to stop them from jiggling so much.
