Lost Mines - static maps update (Patreon)

Howdy folks!

I've got couple of the requests to add the static maps to the Lost Mines (LMOP based) module. Given it wasn't a big amount of work - fortunately I've found the static versions on my Dropbox - I decided to uypdate the module with those. 

There can be some small differences between animated and static maps colors or walls layout, but generally it's all the same. Wave Echo Cave is combined into one big map compared to animated versions, which was split into 3 sections. And that's the only major changes.

I believe for those of you (or your players) who have not-so-cuting-edge hardware it's a good option to jump into the adventure.
