The day was warm and sunny. Patches of sunlight seemed to dance on the dry forest floor. The road, however,  was difficult to travel. The last rain left large puddles on it. As you  approached the fallen oak tree, something rustled in the undergrowth  some 200 feet away

Hello dear all!

First, some news from private ground: I must admit I was sucked into the whole storm roaming around the interned about some company erm... Magicians from the Shore or Sorcerers of the Seaside. And I've got enough. I'm fed up with the news and statements dropping every second day from the company. I've heard enough. That doesn't stop me from expressing my sympathy, love and support to publishers being in serious trouble due to recent licencing change. I've found myself very sensitive on such matters before and this time is no different. I've opened my Pathfinder 2ed Corebook and started to playtest it on Foundry VTT (it's not so complex as they say!). Not to wave my flag screaming I boycott dnd and switch to PF but to know the alternatives. I will end my all dnd campaigns without changing the system, and I'll probably run some other adventures on dnd. But I don't plan buying any more books nor materials from them.

Alright now, getting down to the serious stuff. The map was a quick shot for my very generic playtest campaign for Pathfinder 2e - no worries, all my maps are system agnostic and you can obviously play any system you want on them! As the whole storyline is typical, the maps too. But I have a gut feeling there is always not enough maps with a very basic concept. I observe tens of groups, reddits and I got the impression there is a tendency to make very specific maps: like battle in the space with portals, abyssian machines fighting each other as a background to crumbling castle ruins or a giant turtle running through the plains and carrying Inn building on its shell (oh, that's mine). Here is the most typical map you can ever imagine: Road in the forest. For all Tiers. Enjoy :)

Cheers!
