That's correct, besides Kate understands that there will be many other things that she will not be able to do because she is a fugitive, she will never have a normal life.

Getting to the good stuff! This episode aired as a sort of early mid-season finale, hence the cliffhanger. There was a 3 month hiatus between this episode and the next! VERY Hyped for the next episode.

I feel like the writers or editor should've stopped Jack at "Now get in here!", and left out the line about bringing the walkie talkie (or leave it out all together). Just to let the tension with Sawyer and Danny build a bit more. I feel like it's too obvious that Sawyer will be saved by the call and deflates a bit of the fear in the viewer. Either way, great episode and classic cliffhanger ending.

Weird Magic

In Season 1, Episode 16 "Outlaws" - Kate admitted in the game "I Never" with Sawyer that she had been previously married but - "it didn't last very long". This episode is the answer to that little mystery.,..
