Opening with Juliette's beautiful eye 💕 Let it go Jack!

Finally we get to see Jack's bad side on full display. He's obsessive, jealous, and just cannot let things go (ie. saving his ex-wife, Boone, how he wanted to murder Locke after etc.). We've seen glimpses of it, especially in the first part of S2 went he went after Desmond (Jack, gun pointed at Desmond: Why are you running YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU'RE RUNNING FROM!!!!"). S3 is so much fun. Lots of new questions, but we are getting some answers too (Who are the Others? Well, the opening scene of S3 gives us a glimpse at what they were doing when 815 crashed at least).

And hell yeah you were right about Ben! Definitely a powerful person. As for Juliette, the acting is perfect. You just don't know, she seems genuine but then again we've just met her, and she is part of the Others/the Hostiles.

Such a nice surprise! When Jack’s wife told him that he now has something to fix, she was referring to his dad falling off the wagon. Earlier in the episode, the AA leader said that Jack’s dad had been sober for 50 days but Sarah (Jack’s wife) said that she could barely understand him when he called her because he was so drunk. A tragic piece of this is that if he did not have this setback, he might not have lost his license, flown to Sidney, etc. Creepy side note: Jack’s dad chooses “Sarah” as the name Ana Lucia should go by when they travel to Australia.

Right?! Nothing completely new, but Jack is fucking losing it. In both timelines. Lol.

When Sarah tells Jack that he now has something to fix, she is referring to fixing his relationship with his father.

How is that creepy? Maybe it's the first name that came into his head. Maybe he liked her as a friend. Or missed her as a daughter in law.
