"While preparing to challenge Aratak for the chieftaincy of the Song's Edge werak, Aloy tested herself against a few rowdy and brash hunters. While the battle started well, one ill-timed slip on an icy rock led to a fall and the odds quickly shifted out of her favor. Stripped of most of her weapons, Aloy found herself anchored tight to a post and kept from calling for aid, not that she had any allies nearby. Luckily, she'd managed to hide a short knife in her palm during the binding struggle and as the hunter group's laughter faded down the trail, Aloy thought only of that now-familiar Banuk refrain: survive and prevail."
