Patreon charge Patrons on first of each month, so gain access to the Mega folders with all the previous pictures (Overwatch mostly) produced you have to wait . In fact, i refer them as the "April Rewards"As Example, right now the poll to choose which character will be chosen as SFW/Ecchi/Nude fan art is open and will close at the end of the month, but the picture will be delivered only on June.
