How do you do the animation step? do you do it in Pixaki or are you able to animate things in Photoshop?

Flickering, falling leaves/petals, clouds - all this things are usually animated in Photoshop. I started to use After Effects for water and smoke animation, it’s very useful, but still needs some corrections afterwards.
