Hello Dear Patreons!

As a small update, I finally sorted my work situation, I have also put in a lot of work into the game over the past few weeks, though this work was primarily focused on the backend side of the game. As you have been waiting for quite a long while (Which I appreciate immensely) I don't want to leave you hanging for too much longer, and release at least a teaser of what I intend the v1 of the game to be, by splitting it in (more or less) half. The first part of the build will be released either this or next week, depending on my holiday situation (which got ever so slightly screwed due to my car breaking down), so I'll use every day I have left to continue working on the engine. The next "build" which I aim to have completed in mid-August will be the complete opposite, with vast majority of work being put into story, with the intention to completely revamp the intro section and get everything prepped for dropping the player (you!) into the main loop of the game in Aradel.

The improvements I have implemented so far are
- Revamp of the light engine to allow for smooth transitions between different parts of the day
- A clock system that divides each day into 10 stages, which will later on be progressed through by player actions rather than time passing by
- A proximity-based sound engine that pinpoints both player and sound origin location, adjusting the volume accordingly
- New animation system that will work in web-build (no more crashes in web build!)
- Partial implementation of a new sprite system (still a lot of work to do on this)
- Backend code for implementation of paperdoll-based conversations (art assets still being worked on)

For the second part of v1 (August build), I will completely rewrite the intro section to allow for
- Male and Female start, with slight variations on the story to accommodate the change
- At least 9 different builds of a character that Tali can start the game as
- Hopefully a buttload of assets and the beginnings of a paperdoll based conversation system
- Quest System
- HOPEFULLY a save-able end-state you will be able to move into the next build.
