This Pacers team really reminds me of the 2006 era Suns team. They play with incredible amount of speed but not a lick of defense. One can argue Haliburton and Nash have a lot of similarities as well. The problem was those teams were never good enough to make it to the NBA finals.

I love Santos. He was a standout in summer league. I can see his nervousness is declining and his game is taking shape. Watch him sprint up court! Warms an old coaches heart.

I thought the use of the JK, Podz, Looney, Lester and Gui lineup was interesting. They played big minutes together and pretty much blew the double digit lead. But it felt good to see Kerr investing in JK and Podz getting reps as leaders.
