Gripe is with Kerr on this loss: YES the Dubs perimeter defense, rebounding, and turnovers is what truly lost the game but...Just like the Mavs game, Warriors were down by single digits in the fourth while Curry rode the bench until the 6 min mark. And JUST like the Mavs game, the opposing team gets up by 10 by that mark and Curry, who not only scored 14 pts in the fourth to carry his team back into the game, but he had to do it with half a quarter, after sitting a damn near 7 minutes and by the way, he’s coming in on a double digit deficit. That’s not fair to ask a man to do that. How about you start him in the fourth, let this man cook, gain a comfortable lead by like 10, and take him out early. Or play him the entire 1st and 4th quarter, have him close the 2nd and open the 3rd. Smh. COME ON KERR. Coach Kerr stated that he wasn’t going to Play Steph 40 mins a night to preserve him. That he was not going to be chasing wins. But what are we here for? Steph Curry sit out a lot of fourth quarters when the Warriors are dominating. So having him play an extra three minutes in a close game, a close meaningful game, would not kill this man’s career. Steph Curry has sat out more quarters than any superstar I can think of in the history of basketball. In fact, Steph Curry would have been scored 62 points if Steve Kerr would have let him play in fourth quarters. The same with Klay Thompson. I’m afraid with games like this, at the end of the season when we are just a couple of wins from the play in game, we will look back at these games in say we blew our chance. Dray Blew my life with that basically half court heave with 8 secs left was just atrocious. Kerr said that Dray thought he was going to get fouled. But like, he’s a smart guy right? Didn’t he JUST MISS both of his key free throws that but the Dubs in this position in the first place? Now he wants to go to the line for 3 to tie the game? Absolutely fucking not. Lastly Kerr states in his post game interview that “I should have probably told my guys that the Spurs don’t usually foul at the end of games” like YEAH YOU THINK that would be Pertinent information to give?! Man this felt eerily like the Mavs game. When the Warriors had a dagger three pointer in their face in the closing seconds to seal the deal. Heart breaking man.

I'm about to spray the block! The Warriors' Front Office should be ashamed of themselves. They rode on the back of their Generational Superstar in Steph to glory and convinced themselves it was all them. They don't sign KD, etc without Steph...and how do they repay him? By surrounding him with G-Leaguers and dudes who should be playing in Europe. Over the past 5-6 years, they have shown an inability to scout or develop talent. They have consistently draft non-NBA players late in the 1st and 2nd round when there were productive role players still on the boards. And the only player they developed is. Wait for it... Kevon Looney. Put Steph on a .500 team with a competent Front Office and Scouting and development team like the Spurs and Steph turns them into a 3 seed. Steve Kerr would rather lose his way than adjust his offensive scheme while role-playing as Popovich but in reality, he's just the west coast Mike Budenholzer. And Draymond is a f*cking Double Agent!!! As soon as he signed with Klutch I knew he couldn't be trusted anymore!

Anonymous

I've been saying it, these losses are killing their morale. They are losing to inferior teams and Steph is now getting frustrated. The spurs did not have more talent out there, the Dubs just blew it. Draymond is killing the team with turnovers, total momentum killers. I thought Oubre played fine, but the pieces aren't fitting together. Wanamaker is PURE TRASH, and he's been trash the entire year; I'd rather have LIn or a young guy get some of those minutes if they aren't going to go all out this year. And AGAIN, the only shot that ends the game is A THREE, yet they give one up again...lmao, poorly coached.

SAOpp

Alc. Did you just say that Paschall went to the DeRozan shooting school?

Major Powers

This is such a bad take D.W. The Warriors literally have a max contract out with an achilles injury, who happens to be a top 5 shooter of all time. Superstar. This team is at least a 4-seed with Klay, and everyone already knows it. And why do people say we can't scout or draft and then never name Eric Paschall, our bench beast who they drafted like 42nd. Yeah they missed on Jordan Bell and Jacob Evans. You know who else misses on late first rounders? Every single team all the time. Late first rounders are a crap shoot, no one has the market cornered like they are some geniuses. If the Dubs had Klay's contract off the books the team would have cap space to get another star or to create a real bench mob. And they might have overpaid for Dray, but that contract is a loyalty contract to show players that if you come and win chips for the Warriors, they got your back. I'm willing to have that contract on the books. I want players in the future to want to come here and know we got them.

Anonymous

I thought that Kerr tried to put Steph back in around the 7 min mark but there wasn't any stoppage of play until the 5:30 mark? Watching Wanamaker just continue to chuck up 3s was really disheartening. Isn't he supposed to be the point guard? Distribute a bit? But he was just jacking up shots left and right.

Anonymous

I want to tell you a fishing story. Probably one of my last, so forgive the verbiage. I need to go back in time. My uncle/daddy enrolled me in a white trash school, in town, that was the last bastion of white trash in LA. We were so bad as a school, our academic accreditation was almost pulled from this school … and we were a public school! In sports always, perennially, we were consistent losers. Anyway, I was in a drafting class, and it seemed like it was just the same as all the other shitty classes. But a strange thing, our drafting class, from this genetically shallow gene pool, year after year, would usually win, 3 out of the 5 top spots in a city wide (LA) drafting competition, consistently. I know, this is not, in the world of things a big deal, but it serves a point. I learn from this, and from this teacher, that excellence, in a hierarchical system, is a top down expression. I sat behind Donald Sterling at a Lakers/Clippers game (that's when you could sneak down) before all the public brouhaha, and just by listening to his conversation and feeling his aura, I could tell he was a complete dick; and I wasn't surprised at all at how bad the Clippers were, year after year. This brings me to the Warriors. I have always wondered about Bob Myers and the ownership of the Warriors. All the good draft picks (Curry, Thompson, etc) were part of the Bob Myers reign, but under the guidance of the God like prescience of Jerry West. But other than signing Durant, (who Jerry spoke with before he signed with Warriors), I've never been convinced that Bob Myers is the real deal. The guy seems a bit weird to me, and seems a bit of falsely positive; follow in our team line, Boy Scout-ish. Myers could be given a pass on all the lower draft picks hes had to weed through in the past years, but when given a top pick, you need to be able to see deep within the soul of the people you are drafting, interviewing, etc, and not waste this pick... it is a rare one. As a member of the public I am not privy to the idiosyncrasies of the top picks. But as a member of the Warriors draft cabal, you better have some street smarts. You better have good antenna. That same antenna that causes a person's hair to stand up on their neck when a tweaker walks into a party, or some lady is giving you 'a look'. I'm sure Wiseman is a great guy and he wants to learn, he speaks Mandarin, etc, (I mean, my son also speaks Mandarin, but he works graveyard at Safeway so..), but the cabal missed it on this draft and the putting this team together. For the highest payroll in the NBA, this team is a waste. And to me, Lemelo looked to be head and shoulders above the rest, but his character was in question. And this is where the Warriors took a crap. They could see him and talk to him, and they missed it. Just like they did when putting this team together around Curry. Poor old Curry. Did you see his look when he left the arena. I mean, he seems to be a good guy and all, but I cant imagine he can take much more than this crap. He has put the entire team on his back, and this horribly assembled team cant play defense, cant make layups, and it seems like they are playing on acid. I wouldn't be surprised if Curry wanted out soon. I would. And personally, I canceled all my cable stuff. This just isn't worth it. When a relationship goes south, there is a time to get out. When you support a team, you are really supporting the concept of the upper management and ownership. And ever since there was that comment about “light years ahead” by Lacob, I knew we were in trouble. Hubris is never honored. The Gods are in control and any twit who thinks otherwise will be taken down. And all those on his ship, and all those invested in the cargo on that ship will suffer. So what has this got to do with fishin. We had a rare fish on the line, in Lemelo Ball, and we thot the bigger fish was the rare dish, because it was bigger. If I keep watching the Warriors, I wont get a peaceful nights sleep. I'll get my Warriors updates from Alchemy in the future, that's all this soul can take.

You know that blonde chick be taking Spurs meat postgame

The Draymond play was frustrating for 3 reasons 1. Pop doesn’t foul up 3. Should’ve been on the scouting report 2. Dray, the refs don’t love you like that. Even if he got fouled, no way in hell were the refs gonna actually call it anyways 3. If by some miracle he was fouled and got the call, all of us watching knew he wasn’t making all 3 free throws. Especially after he just missed his last 2 I do like your message at the end about keeping the discussions here mature. We don’t need this place to be like NBA Twitter/Reddit

Anonymous

Appreciate you taking to a moment to talk to all of us bout keeping it hoop talk. Also the Derrick white comment... lost it lol

Thomas Ogas

Thanks Alch for pumping the brakes on the whole "Steph needs more minutes!" argument because, like you said, it's a slippery slope that will lead to over-working Steph (in a season where they're playing 3-4 games a week) and injuring him ... for what? A 5th seed? A 2nd round playoff exit? We all know this team isn't built to win it all this year, it's a year to build system and develop for next year, when Klay returns. Keep Steph where he's comfortable and happy and keep playing the long game.

Anonymous

Alc, I think Wiggins doesn't use English around the rim because he has always been overwhelmingly athletic. Got mates who are like that. Never need to use scoops because they just jump right over you. But I think the warriors staff are trying to use him differently. He has skill, he just needs to develop it.

Anonymous

Just imagine the face on Oubre next game when Draymond shows frustration on a bad play by him looool

Anonymous

Alc, I agree so frustrating, we lost the last two games because bringing Steph in too late in the 4th. We need him on the court! Steph will not be in the MVP conversation if we can’t even make the playoffs!!!!

Anonymous

Alc, Can we not try to sit Curry out 4mins in the 3rd and let him play entire 4th?

Anonymous

After seeing that last play live yesterday I moved to Spain, but the s was silent.

Anonymous

I'm conflicted about the Steph minutes conundrum. On one hand, losses don't happen in a vacuum. They affect things. Performances on the court affect things. Next year isn't promised, so I kind of don't like the mentality of "not chasing" wins if the alternative is losing more-often than not. However, I am on the side of many who say that it's not worth it to ride Steph into the ground. Doing it once leads to doing it again which snowballs, like you mentioned. I think a middle ground is to instead experiment with Steph's minutes. Keep the amount the same, but switch it up instead of this 12-6-12-6, try to see what changes by doing a different rotation. This isn't a rebuild year, but it also isn't a contending year, so make it an experimental year. You really don't lose anything by trying (other than the potential of losing games, which already happens with the rigid philosophy on Steph's minutes and the timing of those minutes). If it doesn't work at all, go back to 12-6-12-6.

Anonymous

Great call on Stephs minutes, and even though we did get down before he re-entered, steph erased the deficit real quick. U can't expect the second unit to be a positive every game, sometimes its just trying to survive and steph getting 40+ minutes isn't a solution.

Anonymous

Having him play more in the 3rd is prob fine, but I don't mind too much either way. The reason Kerr avoids playing Steph as much as he does, however, is because the more Steph plays the more likely he is to get injured. If its near the end of the season and we start having games that will clearly matter to making playoffs, then I can see wanting to put Steph in more minutes.

Jansen E

Those turnovers are what destroyed this game, Wiggins being cold as ice is what let the game get away from the second unit. My one per game: How is Brad Wanamaker in the NBA? Serious question. How. His IQ, his around the rim finishing, his shooting, his passing......like honestly. What does this billy-goat looking mother fucker actually do well???? I'm honestly not upset about the loss or with that endgame sequence. Was it incredibly stupid? Yes but also no. Should Draymond have known Pop wouldnt foul? Yeah probably. But Draymond lost us the game well before that point with those dumb turnovers and terrible shot selection. The only reason we had a chance was because Curry just decided that 2021 was going to be the year when he's just gonna be better than everyone again. Its a frustrating loss that we couldve won, but we shouldnt have won, so Im glad we didnt. These are more humbling losses for guys like JTA and even Wiggins. I HOPE they are humbling for people like Draymond. Yes your bball IQ is high and we all appreciate it, but that doesnt mean youre smarter than EVERYONE on the court and can think 15 chess moves ahead. Calm down and play the game man. Curry was on fire. There were 9 seconds left. Even if they WERE going to foul you, the only person who should be shooting anything in those 9 seconds was Curry. You also missed two freethrows right before then, so were you banking on making 3 of them??? Be real Draymond. Tonight prediction: Lets hope they come out with some fire like Dallas did against us and just play with more effort and focus. They looked slow and kinda checked out defensively. They feel they shouldve won if Draymond doesnt make that mistake? Prove it. Play better defense. Stop turning the damn ball over. Hoping to split this series! Long prediction: I hope we can afford to keep Oubre for next year. I think him off the bench after Klay would be pretty great.

Anonymous

As a Spurs fan seeing Draymond hand us the game was nice!

Anonymous

I really dont understand kerr’s infatuation with brad at this point. He cant make a layup, hit a three, ballhogs, barely plays defense. At this point i’d rather have jeremy lin take his spot

Anonymous

Kerr wants Steph to finish the 4th strong by giving him some rest early in the 4th. If Steph played the entire 4th, I'm not sure he would have the same amount of energy in the last couple of minutes.

Anonymous

People wanting to fire Kerr and his system but when in reality if you watch other teams like the Bulls or even the Mavericks you can see how boring and stagnant those games are compered to how fun Kerrs system is even when its just a bunch of g leaguers.

Anonymous

You’re point at the end was absolutely right. I love this community and it’s ok to disagree!

Anonymous

“Is Brad Wannamaker blackballing Steve Kerr?” 😂😂 No fr is he tho?

CNeep

Hey Alchemy! Lovin the content. Question, what’s your take on Mo Bamba and should the Warriors consider him as a low key big man pickup/trade? Kind along the lines from the Warriors perspective of ‘our-system-and-culture’ could potentially help him reach his potential. Thanks!

Anonymous

My issue right now is Wiggins. 11 points on 4/12 shooting, 0/2 from deep. He simply needs to play better offensively! He is averaging 17.9 PPG, down from his career average. For what we need from Wiggins "this" season, he must be that dependable secondary scoring player behind Steph. Unfortunately he is already acting like the 3rd player because Oubre is being more aggressive.

Anonymous

Last night I was talkin to my boys about the pump fake and lean forward call. After seeing Khris Middleton doing it twice last night I said that if they are 45 degrees or more out infront it should be an offensive foul. Low and behold I hear it on here that’s hilarious. Good shit alc

Ezra Abbey

brad mustve kidnapped a kerr relative and hid him under that bridge

Anonymous

Draymond always has me conflicted. I still hold him responsible for Durant walking (and partly the media), I can’t stand him never admitting his shit plays and getting on others for their ‘mistakes’. But on the other hand we probably don’t win any of those rings without him. He’s like Patrick Beverly. Kind of a POS but sure as hell I’d like him on my team.

Anonymous

Never seen a "shooter" with this lack of basic rhythm like Mulder. When he shoots of the bounce he Kinda reminds me of Giannis. Same with Bridgetroll, it's like he can't bend his back, he's always upright and doesn't even fully extend his arms. I'd rather watch a silky smooth Wiseman airball

Matt Hanna

Such a tough one to watch. I keep telling myself though once we get back the centers we wont get killed on the defensive glass like we have been but others just have to play better. Its ironic that we are getting killed without a big man on the floor when 2-3 years ago we hardly played centers but ebs and flows of the league keeps things interesting

Anonymous

Draymond and oubre are playing so bad, that Wig quietly startet to do exactly what Twloves fans warned us about, without anyone mentioning it.

Russ

I will stay calm talking about Green. Well I'll try, I now am watching him closer than I used to, he is so tuned in to where everyone is supposed to be that he doesn't really do that much guarding of his man anymore, and I'm only assuming that he is thinking about everyone else. His on ball D is great when he feels like it, but if the ball swings around he has been consistently losing track of his man all season. I've always feared what will happen to him when we start playing 500 ball, it's happened. I'm even going to forgive him for losing all of his confidence in shooting, but Dude stay on your damn man. Lead by example not only by shaming people in public. And try slowing down on your layups, God blessed u with strong quick hands and crazy long arms but he gave you no shooting skills, none, just do what most do with long arms, slow down get your around the hoop shot off with reach not speed. The most extreme example of this is Slo Mo, Kyle Anderson. Watch some of his film, you can't get worse....... And on offense stop thinking that u need to be the center of attention. There no cursing and I stayed calm but this MF$#%@^+# is trying me. He cost us another game yesterday. %$@!^()&$..

Anonymous

Bridge troll looks like the fake Chris Paul in those State Farm commercials. Matter fact, the fake Chris Paul could probably knock a three or score a layup. Bridge troll better off as one of them fur goons from them Cricket commercials

Anonymous

Kinda want to see how effective steph is without draymond. but i guess we have nobody to handle the ball.

Anonymous

Yes. no future with him. give opportunities with wiseman

Anonymous

Appreciate your words there at the end Alch, wholeheartedly agree! 🙏🏻 As for the team, almost feels like Oubre & Wiggins have reversed as of late with Oubre playing better than Wiggins...can’t discredit Wiggins’ defense tho, looks like he is still playing hard. Expecting a good one tonight!

Anonymous

I like what you said about not over using Steph just because you can. As a Lakers fan I’m getting annoyed with how many minutes Lebron has played in his last 5. It’s February, going 4-1 instead of 2-3 or 3-2 in that stretch isn’t that much better if you put into context that the 36 year old is playing damn near 38 minutes a night!

Anonymous

hey alch, long time fan and a recent patron here. im curious about your take on jeremy lin and thoughts on him replacing bridge troll at some time, cuz im about done with this man.

Anonymous

Can we get anything for Mulder and Bridge Troll?

Anonymous

100% Agree with Alch we should push all the chips for steph, he's been playing in a different level this season and we might actually be watching the best version of chef no CAP!

Anonymous

Agree dawg iv been a dray fan since he was drafted but i done had enough now we should consider trading him considering he's trade value only decreasing!

Anonymous

Here's the issue Draymond is questionable tonight with right knee soreness

Anonymous

I think Draymond should handle the ball less and they should run more pick & roll, maybe it's what twolves say about wiggins but I don't see warriors doin much to optimize him they just like get in where u fit in

Anonymous

Yo Alch nice analysis as always. When do you think Draymond reaches the point where the good he does on the floor is just outweighed by the bad? I really like him as a player and on the Dubs in particular, and I think he's still going to really help this year and next, but I'm afraid I'm seeing the decline coming quicker than I would have said even a month ago.

Anonymous

What troubles me is that Kelly has been the 2nd best player for the last 3 games

Anonymous

Hot iron to the face...LMFAO

Anonymous

hey alch, i love your insight towards the end of this review. We have had some tough loses, but ultimately, we are still doing progress. First step to solving any problem is recognizing that there is one. People shouldn't be too quick to bring out their pitchforks.

Anonymous

My favorite moment in the 4th during Wannamaker's wannabe 3 point party was Pascall getting the ball in the corner, seeing Wannamaker open and asking for the ball and literally deciding that throwing to Lee on the weakside was a petter play 🤣. That said, I can't wait for Poole to come back thirsty for his minutes.

Anonymous

Mr. "smart guy" made one of the dumbest plays in a long time. If you go with "he thought he was gonna be fouled and he was trying to get 3 free throws" then you might want think about the 2 fourth quarter free throws he had just missed cause trying to get fouled as if he was sure he was gonna sink 3 to tie the game naw, c'mon bro....

Anonymous

Actually Alc, Kerr was going to put Steph back in at the 7 minute mark he got up and went to the scorers table but there just wasn't a whistle for another minute and a half

Anonymous

smartest dumb play in history... draymond's IQ froze up

Anonymous

I think we may as well strap in because we're getting the Draymond experience until Curry retires. No one else has or will ever have his level of chemistry with Steph (and Klay). It's hard to justify him taking the Iggy role off the bench because Iggy could double as a point guard, Draymond can't. His passes come off of Steph and Klay relocating, so he needs to be on the court with them. Draymond is someone who seems to make a team better exponentially. What I mean by that is the more talent he has around him, the more the sum of the parts become with him in the lineup. He's the ultimate glue guy in the regard. He's significantly more valuable for a contending team than a low seeded playoff team

Anonymous

I can understand not overplaying Steph if Kerr is purposefully building up the rest of the team. But is he, though? Why does he keep playing Wanamaker? I'm so done with this dude. If you play for the W, you don't play Wanamaker. If you play for the future, you don't play him either. Get Poole or Nico back into the league instead. Give them minutes and let them make mistakes. You aren't playing to win anyway smh. Also, as much as I'd like to clown Dray for the last possession, why was he even on the floor? Three to tie. Dray was completely useless in that situation. It's so hard not to question Kerr sometimes.

Anonymous

Hey Alchemy, what if you did a 'Coach Alchemy' series of videos that cost maybe 5$ a month. What do you think? I'm new to basketball and I like learning from your break downs. You seem like you would be a great coach! Thanks for the great content !

John Z

You said it. Gotta hold yourself accountable if you constantly barking.

Anonymous

We are getting to the point where Steph isn't being an idiot and performing well, yet Brad and Oubre are sabotaging the team into multiple Ls. Lonzo couldn't come here fast enough Bob.

Anonymous

All I can say regarding this entire video: 💯

Anonymous

So many possessions wasted by unnecessary shots from Wanamaker and Draymond... DeRozan has an old school 2 motion shot like Kobe and MJ with high elevation for post game and they all struggle to put arc on the ball. Allen had a 2 motion shot but it was almost 1 motion in its fluidity. What makes Kawhi and KD really good is they're amazing from both midrange and 3s with a 1 motion shot, probably due to their length allowing them to elevate lower.

Anonymous

Lonzo started playing too well after the trade rumors to get traded for Oubre at this point imo.

Abhi Kelkar

everytime I wanted to ask him why he was shooting that shit. Maybe it's his ego thinking he's a better 3p shooter than he is

Anonymous

TOs is a whack-a-mole problem with our team...for years now. Draymond is probably THE worst culprit...maybe Steph is 2nd?

Anonymous

Ahh, that's a good way to put it, "experimental year." I've just been using "rebuild year" in my head but I like your way better.

Anonymous

LOL, you're welcome! We didn't deserve the win...hopefully we'll earn one tonight.

Anonymous

Hmm, I don't think Draymond HELPED...but I really don't see how KD would've stayed longer even if Draymond didn't antagonize him. Once KD got one ring, the 2nd ring would only be satisfying if he could win it away from Steph's limelight. Totally with you on how infuriating Draymond's ironic blindspots are. That's why I secretly pray he shit the bed at strategic games so that he will be in the right mindset and discipline for future games.

Abhi Kelkar

it's wild to say, but he's very raw still at 25. Shows how bad MIN was at developing

Anonymous

Ahh, that's a good point about the Draymond-Steph synergy...ok I guess that experiment probably wouldn't work then.

Anonymous

Always class from Alc. Keepin it 100

As a relatively new Warrior fan (3 years) I can only say this version is nothing like the Championship version, but I get the impression most of the organization hasn't owned up to that. Still coasting on fumes of glory, whiffing that "Championship DNA" myth and not facing reality. The current roster is mostly desperate acquisitions, reactions, not well-designed pieces of a master long term plan. They are stuck between wanting to exploit Steph now and wanting to rebuild. They need to fix a course and stay it, and I believe it should be around the young guys. Steph and Klay would obviously be the big guns, but the front line should be Wiseman, Paschall and Wiggins. Draymond would be better leading the 2nd squad off the bench. He becomes Iggy, the player-coach who focuses those newbies. Guys with good ceilings like Poole, Nico, maybe Jessup, or established role players like Oubre and Basemore, might be OK in those roles, otherwise trade them (and Wannamaker, Looney, Smiley, all those spare parts, for solid vets. Finally, I have serious doubts that Kerr is the right man for this new approach. He's a cheerleader, not a coach. He was brought in to manage big stars who already had motivation and talent. He can't light a fire and make young guys hungry - his own fire has already maxed out. And he's afraid to hurt feelings. He's a cheerleader, more than a coach. There's my armchair 2-cents' worth...:)

Jerry Heverly

The Warriors play with passion, they enjoy what they do. With one notable exception the Warriors players want to be here. That all comes, primarily from Steve Kerr. I'm not competent to judge x's and o's, but the things I can see tell me that we are very lucky to have him................The Warriors played their best basketball of the season for the last five minutes of the third quarter, then threw it away (literally) with a series of possessions that featured bone-headed, long, futile jump shots. Kerr loves Wannamaker, but I can't believe he's happy about what he's doing lately, not just that he's missing, but that he takes the worst possible shots........Draymond will carry them home tonight.

Anonymous

Another great breakdown alch. Personally the only frustration I had with this game was how fitz and kalani felt the need to praise steph after every single play. I’m all for the steph-gravity recognition but it’s just annoying after the 10th time in a row😂

Branden Edwards

I'm expecting DPOYmond to show up tonight to redeem this pitiful performance

Appreciate this one uncle alch, can always depend on you to drop a gem when I miss a game.

Regarding The Community - "Don't make it about being right and wrong because it's subjective a lot of the time...right? And that's part of being a fan is, it's the rollercoaster ride. There is no right answer otherwise it would be easy..." Exactly, no right answer...we're all just shootin the shit, bouncing our opinions around. I hope my words are always fostering a healthy online community, I apologize for any that don't, and openly welcome critique of how to improve. Re: The Season - Assuming no injuries, what's a fair range of game we should expect to win this season? It's an "experimental year," we're not getting a chip. IF we make the playoffs, we probably exit 1st or 2nd round and hopefully build up some playoff experience for the new guys. If we don't make the playoffs, then how much does it matter if we get a L or W at the end of each game, as long as no one gets injured, and we're experimenting/progressing at a good pace? This Game - One thing I really wanted to happen earlier was trying to foul Poeltl out. Wanamaker...I just don't understand...anything about this dude >_< Omg, the Draymond shit-show. That early 3ptr must have been fool's gold because almost every other time he tried to score was an abomination. It just doesn't make sense how timid he is on offense...then he decides to get super aggressive and super stupid.

Anonymous

SHOTOUT TO OUBRE!! He is finding his groove, and deserves props!

Anonymous

That's more a function of Wiggins struggling no? Kelly's doing what we want him to do.

Anonymous

Kerr’s system can get incredibly stagnant when met with good defense. We’ve seen it too many times in the playoffs where his system collapses and the splash bros or KD had to save us with individual talent

John Pettus

They weren't superstars when Kerr got there. It had been decades since a chip before he got there.

John Pettus

Super agree with all of this. Appreciate Alch for keeping it classy around here.

Anonymous

This game was probably the most frustrating game of the season so far. Glad tonight's game was a back to back against the Spurs and we got to cleanse the palate quickly ;) When is Steph going to start getting some credit in the MVP race?

Anonymous

The Warriors announcers are really getting on my nerves. Just constant harping on about Steph's gravity every single play. Little insight as to how tragic the teams offensive looks so much of the time as people seem to run around with little rhyme or reason if they aren't involved in some sort of action with Steph.

Anonymous

I wonder when we'll get new play-by-play announcers. I wish there was a way to sync up the radio broadcast with the video broadcast...even when, pausing, FFing and Rewinding.

my argument isn't that you should put steph in at the 8 min mark. but when steph walked to the scorers table at like 7:30, 2 min passed by brfore he got into the game. Why couldn't someone just take an intentional foul at that point so he could check in? That's what frustrates me. Like kerr let him walk up and sit there for 2 min.

Nothing worse than sycophantic play by play. Chick Hearn used to roast the Lakers when they screwed up. I loved him!
