Been waiting on this and posted right when I went to lunch! Interesting that his wingspan is less then his height. I think he will develop into a great shooter. Aslong as he puts in effort and pressure on defense he should be able to stay on the court. You made a nice mention of him not being able to play with curry. Didn't cross my mind but I think if we play as fast as we think we will and he could play with Steph under those conditions

I was watching that ballislife video yesterday where he was hooping in a private run and it looked like he's matured a lot physically, he seems to have filled out some and his face just looks older. His father being an NBA player and his mother being a volleyball player makes me think he's ready for the competition and competitiveness of the league. He's also freaky fast and will probably kill teams in transition. Routing for him, seems like a great dude.

I thought late first rd for sure.. IDK man.. o almost feel like it was just no one wanting to take a red head 😀. There is no character issues. Maybe like I brought up, teams are concerned that he can’t adjust into being a roll player.

Good stuff, Alch. I feel you on the Monta comparison. Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic. Feeling ready for some competitive dubs basketball again. It has been way too long. Looking forward to your takes as we get back to it this month.

I think he will get a chance to play. Steph will take rest games, there will be positive covid tests, and I expect Poole to play at the 2 spot a lot. I think we might not see the same guy from his highschool days because the warriors coaching staff will want to see if he can run an offense and be more of a traditional point guard. Also- I dont think he is strong enough to attack the basket at the nba level. .. I know this sounds like im taking a shot at the kid- but maybe playing in the g league is the best way for him to learn the system and learn how he can help a team at this level.

Nico has a nasty selection of floaters and it's possible his drives looked worse than it is due to lack of spacing. The way his hips are during his jump shot is a bit weird in game, but looks fine in practice. Overall quite excited to see him on the roster. I haven't been this excited to see a team play since KD joined.

Alch this was as usual a solid analysis. Your editing is really getting tight. My father was a filmmaker and while I’m no pro I can appreciate the subtleties better than most. Off subject, have you seen rumors of Lou Williams getting waived by the Clippers? How about Lou Will on the bench with the 2nd unit for the Warriors? As a basketball mind, how would you rate that?

Alch, who do you think will fill the finals rosters spots? Moulder, Toscano... me personally I like toscano Mabey a little bias as I’m Mexican but I think he can be Swiss Army knife, I dident see moulder to much but he showed flashes but the season cut short

TBH with half the roster going on and off the covid list I kinda just wrote the season off. With preseason games coming so quickly as well I thought it be best to just focus on Hoops. But I tell you what if they make a run and I try sneak a few in or at least cover whats happening on a pod .

for sure, yea unfortunately this season was almost DOA. COVID and injuries just killed us early on. I will say though Deebo might be 2nd or 3rd in importance to this offense though. Dude can ball out

Cool vid, but Alch, analytics oriented people don't like normal blocks and steals counts per game, they prefer block %, turnovers forced, defensive rating, defensive PIPM, oppoent fg% held against, defensive rating and defensive RAPTOR.

Just joined your patron love your work. Im a huge warriors fan born in the bay but live in Vegas now. I know how much time and energy you put into your draft breakdowns and im exited about this year with an eye on roster potential and needs for next year when klay is back. After watching college ball this year so far I want your opinion or maybe a video on who the way to early top 5 prospect needs if they get the Timberwolves pick. My opinion is in this order
