hey alch what do you think is gonna happen to looney if we draft wiseman you think he gonna be our bench center and chriss would be bench PF ?

I think if they keep the pick the warriors will pick up deni avdija. He can contribute now considering was the leader of rebounding and blocked shots in the EuroLeague playoffs. He also lead the league in plus minus throughout the regular season. Ant man could end up being the better player, but I don’t see why GSW would pick him up over a FIBA U20 MVP, who can be the role player that can fit into multiple positions, play off ball, and guard multiple positions (1-4).

I appreciate the efforts, but this type of mock draft is not that interesting. As a Warrior fan I don’t care about what others will pick (except for Timberwolf or there is an opportunity to trade down). I would rather hear more about how likely Warrior will pick any player.

Lmao what was with the PJ Washington thumbnail picture?

athleticalchemy

Yeah looney seems to have a 20min cap no matter what. I hope he can get right, he is perfect in that roll.

Appreciate the feedback, the heart of my content will always be focused on the Warriors. But I’m also covering the rest of the league. I need to grow.

Deni Avdija, James Wiseman, Anthony Edwards, man I'm terrified we mite miss the guy

First things first, that other dude was wrong I love to hear your takes on this type of content. There's only so many warriors stories you can chase, and keeping a broad scope is good to prevent content from getting stale. But yo question, why don't you have the Suns taking Hayes? Considering the off chance they lose Rubio + the fact that pretty much all of their other positions are youngsters trying to gel together, it seemed pretty natural to me that they'd take Hayes if he was available as a versatile shot creator to pair with DBook with some defense to match.

9:48 When you said, “Did you hear Detroit offered another Cole a roster spot?” I immediately thought, “BIMBO COLE.” For a 20+ year Warriors fan, the flashbacks never end.

🙏🏽... tbh! I had in my mind made up Sarver wouldn’t be able to resist the closets prospect we have seen to STAT. But you make a good point. It feels like Rubio is best as a backup at this point. They brought in all these stretch bigs, and all of them were banged up or underperforming or both! It really depends how you view Hayes. I’m not sure he will be able to get his shot off. If Halliburton or Vassell are there, they will probably be popping bottles.

I think the Dubs should trade down with the Knicks for their 1st round picks this year and next year. Take Devin Vassell this year and then they have 3 first round picks next year. Bundle two of them together to get the #1 pick and draft Cade Cunningham. In terms of the TPE, throw a second round pick or so at Phoenix for Ricky Rubio, who would help add value in getting the long unproductive second unit scoring, but could also be traded to a team like the Magic with enough of the non-guaranteed contracts needed to make up the salary difference to get Aaron Gordon.

Jerry Heverly

Do I remember right that high schooler's can be drafted next year? (making a 2021 pick more valuable than this years?) I predict that Okongwu will be the steal of the draft but it probably makes sense to take Wiseman.

the "no pic available" for mckinnie was hilarious

Windfury

Also, the woodchuck/beaver pic for Otto Porter Jr was hilarious. Same for the image for Zion Williamson, too many beignets during the break.

Is it a pipe dream or do the Dubs need to try and pursue Andre Drummond?

Anonymous

It’s not a pipe dream, the Cavs would hand him over for a pair second round picks You are aware we’d have to send Wiggins or Draymond to match salaries for a guy who literally has one skill?
