It can be frustrating to always be getting every teams best game or some players having career nights on teams that they should roll but the flip side is the warriors staying locked in. Doesnt matter if you are the best team or the worst, all these players love close games and it engages them. Love watching the champs dig deeps and push the win out on a night that probably most teams would have rolled over after the first quarter.

I don't understand how Livingston is so bad on defense. He's a veteran making rookie mistakes. KD entering midrange god mode is terrifying. I think D-Wade is ranked highly for his finals performances, he sure draws a crap ton of free throws like Harden by initiating the contact. He's like a worse offensive better defensive Harden. I think the best shooting games I've seen by Steph were the 38 point injury return against Grizzlies and the 51 pt game this season vs the Wizards. His movements were super fluid and relaxed, and that also affects his jumps. I think the reason why he shoots so well on-ball is because he can control the height of his jumps based on the defender, while catch & shoot off ball is going to force him to overcompensate with his jumps if defender is closing in. Clean shots should be smooth, relatively slow, and have a high arc. That's also true for Durant if you watch his best games but Durant is maybe even worse than Curry in shooting in-game the way he shoots in-practice.

They are coming for us. The league has gotten better since we got KD. Even though we have all the talent in the world, the league is STILL catching up. It's a great time to be an NBA fan, honestly.

I think in those Spain Pick-and-rolls, Demarcus shouldn't switch to the ball handler as is creates and obvious mismatch. It comes down to a teammate calling the back screen, but I think he should turn around the opposite way from where the screen comes so the he can still be at the rim to potentially protect it and the perimeter players can switch the on the initial screener and the ball handler.

For that double dribble. I'd have to see another angle to be sure but I'm 95% positive it hit the defender's foot and so it was KD gathering a loose ball. Even so. You can't call that as a ref, 'cause if you're wrong you just fucked up real real bad. Just assume it went off his foot and let them play haha.

call me pessimistic but i dont think warriors gonna get up for the utah game. maybe not the portland game either, but they usually match better with portland. theyre in AS vaca mode

Normally I agree with you on most things but you're trippin with Wade. He had arguably one of the greatest finals performances ever in 06. He was phenomenal in the 2011 playoffs and would have won finals MVP if LeBron cared to show up. 3 titles, best shot blocking SG ever. Big plays on both ends. He is certainly top 5 and I would say top 3.

the argument is there for sure! His highs were super high, but night in night out he can't compare with some of these 90s SG's as far as longevity. His prime was like half or even a 1/3 in length.

I get what you're saying about MIA but how often does tanking actually work? Very rarely. Most teams that tank stay really bad for really long. "Rebuilding" only works when you get stars. Bottom line is you need stars to win and the best way to get stars is thru trades or FA. Really missed Iguodala in this game. MIA wings killed us. Glad you pointed out MIA was basically running the same damn play all game long lol. It's too hard to trust Iguodala's health. Gotta find a wing in this buyout market.

2015 warriors are still the best because they had better depth and Andre was younger. Warriors really need to focus on plugging their holes/bench because the league has caught up to their success. i don't say much bc I know other teams utilize your info

Alchemy, your narration skills flow naturally. What is easy to you takes a lot of effort for others. NBA games are like boxing. The first couple rounds they feeling each other out. As a fan, we know the inevitable is coming: the flurries, the knockout, the drama. Alchemy, your videos are A-Z, 1-10 linear. Maybe mix it up with a couple end game teasers somewhere at the beginning. Little spice never hurt.

I honestly feel like everyone has a much different memory of our 2015 bench than I do. Andre and Livingston are older but who else would you honestly want? Sleights was decent but was a chucker, I prefer jerebkos energy and effort, makes similar shots. In terms of who you actually trust on the court, I'd take Looney any of the old bench bigs, Jones was pretty similar to what we used ezeli for, just a big lob/block threat.. McAdoo was garbage, brush was a bench warmer outside of a few weeks when Barnes got injured

Alc, what do you make of this stat?: All starters were minus in the plus/minus (Draymond -16, DeMarcus and Klay -12). All bench were plus (Jonas +18, Looney +14, S Dot +15 on zero points, Cook +11 on 2 points).
