My boy JerebGOAT! LIT 🔥

Steve kerr has steph playing off ball like he is kyle korver these last two games. The problem with our offense is steph is the only one that runs now everyone stands and watch. The motion offense worked because everyone use to cut and the dray or kd use to stand in the post and look for a great shot. Now they just stand and look, there was 3 back to back buckets where kd just iso'd in the post and they all just looked at him. Standing still and passing the ball is so remedial it reminds me of when okc tries ball movement. Steve kerr offense revolutionized the league along witj steph 3 and now that everyone is doing some version of it he is trying to reinvent the wheel. Defense was also shit and steph took the night of mentally let's see what they do tonight.

Word that was his best jj redick impression, i watch stephs body language when he has to differ the offense to kd.

I knew draymond would get back to it, I feel like he has so many opportunities to roll when screening, and he knows how many open shots he is gifted every game. I was kind of hoping he'd go for 20, let's see how he does against montrezl tonight

All draymond really has to do is develop a floater, the 3's were nice but a floater is more consistent n easy

Jonas had an amazing game. They actually wouldve blown this game had it not been for his energy off the bench. This was another game where the lack of a true center was glaringly obvious for the Warriors. The almost collapse was extremely aggravating to watch. What do you think is actually wrong with Klay Thompson? We've seen him go through slumps before, but nothing like this. His defense is still good (thank god, or else he'd be totally useless right now). But offensively, everything is inconsistent. He'll make these super tough contested shots, then miss wide open ones. Then the next quarter, he'll miss all the tough contested ones AND the wide open ones. Everything still looks forced and off balance for him. I wonder when/what it will take for him to get back his mojo. I hope he does soon. KD's talent bailed us out yet again. Steph, Draymond, and Klay were almost entirely absent from the 4th quarter. Draymond hit a couple 3s and was actually okay offensively, but it didnt last. But if he can just hit 2 threes a game, that is all we really need. I think the Warriors need to drop Jones, Derekson, and Evans from the roster, and either bring up some new hungrier dudes from the D league, or use the extra space to sign a center. Cuz as of right now, the Warriors will probably be ousted in the playoffs without an inside presence. I have a feeling Montrez Harrelll is gonna go for another 18 and 20 type game and just kill the warriors inside. Lets hope Draymond and Looney are up for the task tonight and Klay can find a temporary stroke. Without those guys, another bad game is incoming. Also, why do you think Jordan Bell didnt get much playing time? Saving him for tonight?

Barnes froze every time Dayday was anywhere near him. Also, Iggy showed his playmaking skills this game, he was feeding everybody specially Jerebgoat.

KD with the bail out once againnn

KD is the ultimate bail me out guy ive ever seen, just give him the ball at 7ft ive never seen anyone block his shot.

Exactly the thumbnail I expected, lol

Love seeing our bench getting some buckets it seems like when our bench does well we win. If our bench struggles those are the games we loose our barley win. If we could consistently get our bench to score some good buckets we will win nearly every game from here on out. Thanks alchemy.

Branden Edwards

Kawhi blocks him at least once a game. And Garrett Temple blocked him twice in the Memphis game

First game I've seen this year with Bob and Jim doing the PBP/color, which made it nice. Loved the way Iggy and Dot showed up, it was like old times from those two. I don't have a problem with Klay trying to shoot his way back into form, especially in a situation like this one, and I don't agree that he and Steph are 180 degrees apart, I think they're more like 90 at most - both have been working on new things and trying to be more assertive, which is a good thing on a team very susceptible to boredom. Draymond offense obviously a positive, and Kerr said he's just now getting back into condition after that injury, which I think may be more that just that - there's getting back into full game shape, and then there's adjusting to playing with that level of conditioning, and Dray's been dealing with all that almost all season to this point. I didn't really like the KD finish call, it just emphasizes his hero-ball thing, and it's probably a concession by Kerr to the greater situation. He had a solid game, although that was his only points in the 4th, but what continues to irritate me was the turnovers (5, I think) and the way they mostly come from playing like he's 6-3 instead of 6-11. Oh, and JB only got 3 minutes, blew a layup, and McKinnie only 7, and Cook got his 4th DNP-CD of the season, which speaks to the bench on a night when YoJo and the wise men made it look better than it might be. Hurry, DeMarcus. One last thing on who's doing the shooting - the 2-point shooting percentages of the big three are as follows - KD 55.4%, Steph 52.1%, Klay 51.6%. If there's any problem there it's arguably with KD, a 6-11 guy with his talent ought to be more like 60%; two years ago he shot 60.8%, and Steph has actually dropped off more from last year's %. Klay takes nearly 50% more twos than threes, Steph is about the opposite (which means a higher % of his are probably layups), but KD takes at least twice as many twos as threes, this year 75% of his shots are twos, so his two % is more meaningful.

This was such a great game to watch as a basketball fan. I'm excited to see where Dallas is gonna go with this core of players. It was tough watching the bench crew from them at the start of the 4th. Couple of young bench guys could help them go far.

Your right its more like 90, Klay is trying things too, but IDK too me sometimes its just too rigid. I want Steph on ball more and would have no problem with him in that same play to finish. I just want either he or KD in a simple high PnR that's it thats simple to close. If KD can operate more around the 3 point line that will solve a lot of his TOV he can see the help and just has more space.

They picked Jones up for next year already, who knows how committed they are to Evans. I think Jonas was playing so good Bell min just go ate up.

Great rotation adjustment by Kerr last couple games. 2/4Q unit to start is Curry/Draymond/Iguodala/Livingston/Jerebko. This unit was +17 in this game and, if we're being honest, the only reason we won. Kerr has figured out that we can't play too much Draymond+Looney out there bc the spacing sucks. We got to play Draymond at the 5 much more til Cousins comes back. So frustrating watching KD turn it over on these breaks. He thinks he has the handles of a PG but he's gotta realize his high dribble allows smaller players to give him problems. On the other camera angle, it did show Jerebko got popped in the mouth/nose area. Looked like there was some blood too. Let's see if Curry and Klay can have rebound games but it won't be easy against Bradley and Beverly.

Legit question: How many players in NBA history could go almost 2 months without making a 3 and then start trash talking the other team after he makes just 1? It's only one player: Draymond. That's why he wins at the highest rate of any player ever. People gotta realize he can score 20 every night if he wanted. He could average a triple double. But Draymond knows the team isn't at it's best if he's scoring that much. He doesn't look for his shot bc he knows for the offense to be at it's best, guys need to be executing the movement of the offense better with cutting and coming off screens. If Draymond's taking a lot of shots, that means his teammates aren't doing their jobs.

Been expecting great things from Jerebko ever since that winning tip against the Jazz at the start of the season, the dude is gelling really well with the Warriors. Really nice observation of Kerr telling Curry to give the ball to Durant, but do you think he might have felt some type 'o way about that, as you like to say? After all Curry has proven himself in clutch moments time and time gain before KD joined. Is Kerr establishing a pecking order for situations like that?

I like your Klay's off balance observation. Sure basketball is a game of variance but when we analyze players carefully we can separate trends from variance. I guess a potential theory is all those fadeaways practiced by Klay - which forces one-sided balancing - has affected his 3 point shot. Is there any other explanation for his consistently poor shooting at this point? His jumping height looks fine most of the time, it's the alignment of his shoulders and feet that often look off. Curry also "struggled" the last few games from 3s. One of the reasons why I hate seeing him just being a catch and shoot shooter is because he is forced to jump higher as defenders close on him. When he has the dribble, he has greater flexibility to use the right footwork to use his normal 3-pt jump. I also saw KD jump quite a bit on his 3s for half the season so far, which really affected shots he would normally make. Think with a few key adjustments, Curry could easily shoot 50% from 3-pt range for the entire season.

I think it was moreso because Durant was visibly frustrated in the last few minutes for example when Steph saw him on a fast break and then turned it over instead. I think Kerr just wanted to appease KD
