not my ads on there! NBA claims the content even unlisted. Next season I may try to host these differently. Youtube is just very universal and allows everyone to watch it form many hardware and operating sources.

Like I tweeted out, I really felt Kerr threw this game when he kept JaVale in the 3rd quarter when we were down 6. JaVale only played 9 minutes but that run to start the 3rd quarter was because AD got going against JaVale lacking the defense on the perimeter. Kerr knew we needed to come out with a defensive intensity and I honestly expected the Hampton 5 to start out or Looney at least. Maybe even Bell but it’s rough to ask a rookie who haven’t played much in this series. Not JaVale again. It was very apparent that Steph was getting picked on and that is why it was important for Iggy to be there early to kind of cover him up, in a way. Now Kerr said the reason why he started JaVale was to buy some rest for his other role guys but if you were planning to lose this game already then it was very apparent. Can’t wait till tomorrow already

I was in the warriors reddit game thread and i find it hilarious how everyone was saying that green was terrible. He was the only one who showed up in this game! A lot of his turnovers happened because no one in our team matched his intensity. Klay is always going to be Klay. It's just a matter of finding his stroke or not. Livingston, is shook when AD is in the floor, even if AD isn't even anywear near him. I think he can get his jumper against anyone if he wants to, his problem is more on the mental side. Mcgee just looked lost, we are better off with Looney on the floor. Steph and KD was very disappointing, did not show up at all on both offense and defense.

Green, KD, and Klay played heavy minutes though. and Javale only played 9 minutes. I really did not understand what Kerr was doing. Maybe this is just Kerr's way to get the team to regain their sense of urgency.

Major Powers

Is anyone down with my conspiracy theory that they are dropping one on the road on purpose to every team to get dat xtra home game cash to pay for the cleanup fee around Lake Merritt after the victory parade?

My dad messaged me in the 2nd quarter, "Read an article in the San Jose Mercury, Warriors generate 4 millions dollars at another game in Oracle." I'm not saying it happened but if you can nearly pay for Nick Young's season salary by dropping a game in New Orleans it seems like quite a logical thing to do. I really hope that's what happened actually, cuz obviously if it did the Chef gets a taste of that process.

As awful as that was to watch, and as bad as they looked, I think thats the last loss for the series. By the end of the 3rd quarter on Sunday everybody will be back to the same narrative.

Yah, we can pick on Curry but it wasn't just him at all. It was a half-assed effort from everyone, including the coaches. KD was dying on screens. I even saw Klay, Draymond, and Iguodala die on screens in this game. Kerr started Javale lol. So, the question must be asked, why the poor effort? We all know about "scheduled" losses but I think there are strategic losses as well. Most people won't agree with me but I think GSW was conserving themselves in game 3. They were holding back on purpose. It looked very obvious to me. There is only 1 day off between Game 3 and 4. You know the refs would give the Pels the friendly whistle in Game 3 and Foster was officiating Game 3 as well. Kerr even stated postgame that he started Javale bc he wanted to conserve Draymond by not playing him too many minutes at the 5. Going into Games 3 and 4, it was not likely we were gonna take both of these on the road. Of the 2 games, Game 4 seems to have the more favorable conditions for a win. So the plan may be to: conserve ourselves in Game 3, start Draymond at the 5, start the Hampton's 5 lineup, go full force and take Game 4, and come back to Oracle to wrap the series up. One thing is certain: GSW was not playing hard in Game 3. The key is understanding why.

Great analysis, Alc. Your insights are invaluable for poor games, maybe even more than in Ws. "Failure should be our teacher".

I hate watching these loss recaps, but you always bring the insight.
