I apologize for the late video. I had put a new graphics overlay in the video and it threw off the audio had to kind of rebuild the edit.

Forget about what the outcome was. This game was all about Klay and if he could step up. The opportunity to play without Curry or KD will likely never happen again for Klay. So Klay knew beforehand how big this game was for him personally. It was a game for him to prove that he doesn't need to rely on Curry or KD's greatness. And he failed miserably. He played like nothing more than a volume shooter. Missed 3 or 4 big shots down the stretch. Playing passive, settling for contested 3's all night. The team was looking for him for offense and he couldn't come thru. Mccaw stepped up. Draymond made 4 or 5 threes. This was a game Klay needed to score 30 and do it efficiently. This was a reality check game for Klay and everyone could see the truth. Klay is not an All Star caliber player on his own. He's an all star player bc he plays next to 2 of the greatest players of all time. I mean, the dude's been in the damn league for 7 years and his handles are still trash. What does he even work on during the summer lol? This is what's keeping him from getting to the next level. The dude can't handle the ball and therefore can't be a playmaker. Bob Myers gonna take this game film and show it to him in 2 years when he's a FA.

He is the best 3 and D 2 guard in the league.. Basically a super role player. That said I'm not disappointed I already knew... Hell Klay knows! That's why he us content being a part of something great.

See THIS. This is a loss I am totally and completely okay with. Could and should they have won it? probably. They blew a 15 point lead or something. But the calls were even, and in the end, they were beaten by a great shot by Bogdonavic. I wish Klay hadnt taken that three at the end. He had a 6'1 guard on him, and he definitely couldve drove to tie or used the time to get a better shot. Without KDs elite scoring or Stephs floor spacing and handles, this was gonna be a battle. Credit to the Kings. Jordan Bell shouldve gotten more play time. Cauley-Stein exposed the inside. Javale needs to improve if he wants to stay on this team.
