He's very raw. He seems to not yet know what his strengths and weaknesses actually are and as you point out, slow release on his outside shot, which is a "settle" shot when, with his handle and other physical tools, it should be a threat to be utilized primarily when they disrespect and leave him. Did he fake that long shot once and then dive to get the ball back or just relocate?

I think his shot is his strength. But your right he relies on it far too much at this point. Only pump fake was to reload and take the J anyway. Still at 19 he has a rare skill set. Imagine Tristen Thompson with a jumper.
