Stan the Man

These movies could’ve been great. They should’ve been great. But they needed a great action director. Someone like John Mcterinan. Or John Woo. I feel like the last big budget Hollywood movie that gave us real blood squibs is Bad Boys 2. I hate the cgi blood off these movies.

Expendables 2 was way better then both. Most action fans will tell you with the addition of Jean Claude van Damme as the main villain along with new comer Scott Adkins in part 2 whose also has been in alot of action fighting films as of late (Scott Adkins is in the newest John Wick 4) as well as Chuck Norris. Its a no brainer. The Expendables 3 was really bad and its why there has not been another in almost 10 years because of how bad it did even with them making it pg13. Mel Gibson is the only reason to see it and even he couldn't save this poor film. I do have to say tho that speech he gives in the van to Stallone is definitely awesome and the best part of the movie!!!
