Prop Hoe, I mean Joe absolutely DESERVED what happened to him. Prop Joe tried used Marlo 1st. Fat Face Rick, Hungry Man & the rest of the Co-Op wanted Marlo to help them run off the New York crews taking over East Baltimore Territory while Marlo was minding his OWN business on the Westside. Joe took it upon himself to send Omar after Marlo via a "Proposition" disguised in the form of what Omar believes to be was a random card game given to Omar to rob as a peace offering from Joe to show Omar that Joe had nothing to do with Stringer Bell's play to send Brother Mouzone after Omar when in FACT that entire plan was indeed Joe's idea because Mouzone Shot Cheese in Season 2. Joe set up Marlo and Omarin order to coerce Marlo into joining the Co-Op. It was 💯% Joe's fault that Omar robbed ALL of the Co-Op of their main shipment because it was Joe who made a deal with Omar to help Omar take down Marlo after Omar found out that it was Joe who set ALL of this in motion. Omar flipped the script on Joe and robbed EVERYONE instead of only robbing Marlo as Joe had planned. Then after Omar went to Joe to sell him back some of the product that was stolen for 20 on the dollar, Joe turned around and told Marlo & the rest of the Co-Op that it was gonna cost them 30 on the dollar which meant that Joe was gonna pocket 10 on the dollar from each Co-Op member. Prop Joe has been a snake since his character was introduced in Season One when he had his lil basketball parlay vs the Barksdale and Bell Organization. Prop Joe even back then gave Omar the pager code of Wee Bey in order to set Avon up to be murdered by Omar. Prop Joe has done more than enough to DESERVE what he got at that table in Season 5 Episode 4.
