On Kobold, humans made artificial life. There was a war. The cylons they made went to Earth. The humans went to the twelve tribe. On Earth, they invented flesh bodies and figured out reproduction and lost organic memory transfer. They had a civil war with their own rototic cylons and nuked each other. So our final five went to the 12 colonies and found humans had made cylons there, the centurians. All the final five did was leap frog the centurians attempts to make them. Daniel is them filling in a plothle. See, they invented the final five some point in Season 3. But the problem was, Boomer is an 8. So they have a hole in thier list of modes. So Daniel is just them plugging a hole to explain why if the "final five" are special, why is boomer an 8. That would mean 13 models.

You made a point about sharon (boomer). Yes Helo was human so the baby with Athena was a surprise. tigh and 6 was a surprise but it seems possible. Why didn't Boomer end up "with child" after all the hoppin and boppin with the Chief whom we now is also a cylon5.

Boomer was a pilot in the miltary and was probably taking some form of birth control since they weren't trying to make a family where as Athena was trying to get preggers.

That’s why Galen and Sam were having those flashbacks sitting in the post-nuke Earth of now? I appreciate your info! I’ve seen this series almost three times now and never really wanted to try to put the pieces together, but I do now! 🤓
