This came out during the writers strike - this was almost the series finale. Could you imagine if this was it?? This episode was such a obscenely massive gut-punch when it aired. That ending of just the background sounds, looking at everyone's faces... Unbelievable.

Some of my favorite moments of the series happened in Season 4... in between those questionable episodes/moments, there's bangers like Revelations... can't wait to see you get to the rest.

These both are good episodes. Definitely an unexpected transition at the end. The music for the reunion of Adama and Roslyn is a beautiful piece of music. All the music is great, but this is a special piece.

Funny story, you've probably already heard it, but they actually DID film the show and that last scene in Vancouver (THE Opera House is indeed The Orpheum theatre in Vancouver). In fact, for the mid-season premier, episode 11, there was a HUGE storm the weekend before shooting and the entire set on the beach was trashed. They almost had to scratch shooting. After the writer's strike hitting them, they were afraid it was literally the last nail in the coffin for the entire show. But obviously they managed to pull it off after some damned hard work by the crew.
