This season is terrible. Kelly is completely different, runs out on Pablo and Ash, then hooks up with"Dalton" and is overall just WAAAYYY too full of herself. She's like a 2022 version of herself. Pablo, the nice guy who was always there for her, she just abandons, knowing he'll always be waiting for her while she "explores her options" globetrotting with every guy she meets. Then when no one else wants her Pablo will probably end up like Forrest Gump with Jenny. Ash is always great and is the only reason this season is tolerable and the daughter's fine but this entire season feels like a parody of the first two. The lack of feeling, depth, and authenticity are rampant throughout this season. Hope you guys enjoy it, but for me, I was just reminded why I hate this season and I'm out.

I don't think Kelly abandoned them for guys. She did it to keep her fight against the Evil Dead going. Her revenge for her family being killed has always been her motivation throughout the series. She met Dalton who was a KOS and also fighting the Evil Dead. I think Pablo and Ash understood Kelly since they had "defeated" Evil in Elk Grove and in Ash's life at that point. Ash was able to retire. As soon as shit hit the fan, with the book popping up, Kelly was the first to know about it and was in the car ASAP to get back.

Not gonna lie, the Mr. reading from the Necronomicon bit still makes me laugh. I probably already told the story but I had a friend in high school who was an even bigger metal head than me, he had a paperback copy of it and I just picked it up and started reading and he grabbed it out of my hands, I thought it was hilarious, "dude, it's a paperback, are you serious? It's made up." But I don't know, I was watching Celebrity Ghost Stories and Marilyn Manson tells a story about reading from it but there was like some animal sacrifice stuff that someone else did and it's kind of a creepy story, he says straight out he thinks they summoned some shit. Maybe the Mrs. IS right, maybe best not to play lol
