Ya'll bring up a good point the fact that Kate's flash sideways is the same as before. However, last episode when she told Clair "would you believe me if I was innocent", well what if in the flash sideways she actually IS innocent.

Remember about ben's past with his abusive father, things like remembering how sun and ben have been cool lately, how ben didn't even wanna kill jacob and he had to get convinced to do it. How right before the dr linus ep, he tries to save sayid and gave a genuine apology at locke's funeral. Some reactors suggest that ben did a 180 all of a sudden but they've been building on it for a while ever since alex got killed, so i was just kinda putting this out there.
