Oh so this was Markus. I keep underestimating his selections because this isn't the first time I thought this was a Patrick pick only to be wrong. I don't blame Mrs. Movies getting weirded out, it is undoubtedly a weird movie. I have watched it a few time to try to piece things together. The coolest scene for me was when Harlan tried putting in that fleshy tape, but his hand got grinded up into what looked like a ww2 stick grenade. My favorite non-body horror Cronenberg movie is The Dead Zone. My favorite Cronenberg body horror movies are The Fly and the final scene in Scanners. My favorite role he has played was Dr. Philip K. Decker in Nightbreed. He was creepy as hell in that movie.
