• Apparently previously worked under the pen name “屋宜智博” before he started at Jump….it’s a homonym (same family name just spelled with different characters, pronounced the same)

  • Tatsu Frampt
    • “Tatsu” probably comes from the word “to stand”
    • The only thing I can find on the internet referring to the word “Frampt” is a boss in Dark Souls. Sounds like it should be German, but it’s not
  • Durant
    • Means “during” in French, but that can’t be what the author was going for, right?
    • “Du” isn’t a possible sound natively in Japanese, so I’m wondering if this is even supposed to be this character’s name…? Can’t find the original spelling.
• Libellula:
  • The Latin name for North American dragonflies
• Stuff:
  • Skirvir (the ship)
    • A name from Old Norse?
    • Probably meant to be pronounced like “skeer-veer,” though can’t be sure
