[Cards] Update! (Patreon)

Hey guys! Time for a new Update focusing a bit more on our Cards!

So, we've wanted to make item cards ever since we started making content for people to use in their home games, and although we've released quite a few, the amount of time and work they required prevented us from making them as regularly as we would have liked. There were also some problems regarding the way they were formatted that needed fixing for us to be able to make full sets of them. Our cards are fully illustrated and they look quite unique, but the different categories ( weapons, tools, potions, magic items, etc) needed to look similar enough so that they wouldn't look out of place together. 

We've made some changes to solve these problems. First of all, we'll have the illustration of each item take a full side of the card, which will be a good way to display them since they are quite detailed and we wouldn't like for that detail to get lost by making them too small! The other side of the card will be for the text, which will allow us to keep a consistent layout even when we work on items that require very long descriptions. We experimented with this layout back when we released our healing potions pack, and it worked well so we'll be using it for all the other card types as well. You can see below how the different types of  cards will look this way.

Also, making a "monthly  card" would simply not be enough anymore. We would just never finish doing all the cards we want to do, we wouldn't even get to do enough of them to justify their use at your games. So we will also start releasing multiple monthly cards, which should be easier now that we have a definitive format and layout for all the different types. Steel patrons (tier3) will still receive a monthly card, but we'll also create a new tier specifically for people who are more interested in cards. This new tier will be coming next month, we'll be sure to give you guys more info about it and all the different rewards (including new types of cards) associated to it soon. For now, this month, we'll be re-releasing all our older cards in their new format in preparation for all the new cards that will come after that.
