Evening all, it's update time! As I mentioned last time, this cycle was primarily focused on behind-the-scenes work for the new factions, so this is more of a 'proof of work' build than something you might immediately want to download and play if you've already got the previous version.

My two main focuses this update were on portrait assets and new maps. Two systems have been added to the game, which you can now fly to and get a preview of how they look. In the future I may lock these behind a certain requirement, such as owning a Tier 2+ ship, but for the near future at least they're openly accessible. I've also been at work prepping Happee Co portrait assets for the game.

For the next update, I'll be continuing prep work by setting up the functionality required to create Happee Co NPCs, after which I'll start on some intro scenes for the new factions - probably starting with the Schen, as I have all the assets I need for them at the moment. Artwise, portrait assets have been done for Switch's eventual cameo, and we're currently working on some more map decor items for the new factions.
