v0.41.2 Hotfix (Patreon)

Hey all, here's your hotfix for the issue I mentioned yesterday. Getting Loyalty missions set up for backgrounds was something I was planning to get to eventually anyhow, so this hasn't affected the next release schedule too much, you're just getting this particular piece a bit early. Sorry again to anyone hit by the bug!
