v0.40.1 Game Status (Patreon)

Hey all, it's time for our second April release! This release is a bit of a variety pack, though the highlight of course is another Specialist romance scene, this time starring Octo. We also have another set of Hellfire CGs, a couple of minor mission encounters, and a raft of typo fixes. I also fixed up a bug involving Female Hellfires and missions, and would like to apologize for how long that's probably been in there, my usual testing run has a Male Hellfire and so I've missed it.

As I noted a few days ago, the Specialist threesome pairings are now more or less set, and Overseer-tier patrons are currently voting to see which ones will come up next month. Results, the next public release, and more should be going up tomorrow night, so I'll save a lengthier post until then. For now, patch notes below, game links to follow. Enjoy!

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed typos in Specialist, Department, Director and Intro scenes.
• Fixed issue where Mission portraits would not show up correctly if Female Hellfire was on the team.

Known Issues:

• TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
• WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
