Evening folks, time for our second release of the month! This release features the return to Department scenes in our artwork, and finally getting things going with Specialist romances!

And regarding those romances, I would like to mention a particular design point. In the first conversation for each Specialist following their loyalty mission, you will have the option to make the relationship platonic or romantic. As I've mentioned earlier, I'm not going to have the time to write a 'platonic plotline' where you chill and play videogames together or whatnot. So, effectively all this does is keep further romantic scenes from appearing, once they're written and added, of course. However, you will have the option of changing your mind on this later on. For instance, maybe you decide Grunt's not your type, but later a Grunt/Octo threesome scene gets added (for example) and figure well, maybe you're up for special exceptions. Replaying the conversation will remember whatever you last selected.

Our next free release is planned for Monday, as is the usual monthly status update, so I'll see you then. Until then, patch notes below, links to follow. Thanks for playing!
