It's time for another design poll! We're taking a break from race votes for a bit, as Vox and Vessians will probably last us for a bit. Instead, we're going to go ahead a little and settle a design question involving the Schen. As you may have noted, the Schen are hermaphroditic, with a general feminine appearance, so one could call them futanari. But this raises the age old debate:

Schen: Balls or No Balls?

I'm sorry our society has to be divided on this issue, but the time has come to take a stand and choose a side. Note that this question concerns the internal/external status of reproductive organs, either way the species does remain procreatively complete.
