Hey, I wanted to do a quick update on what's happening backstage... just in case you're wondering!

Well, I'm experimenting a lot right now. I may have opened the pandora box for many many more stuff to put into VAM...

I'm exploring the ability to add lots of characters into VAM scenes without crashing down your frame rate.
I'm talking about posable characters... Maybe even animatable ones - painfully, I believe, but it should be doable!
And not just people. Animals & monsters too! That's opening lots and lots of possibilities. Let me tell you, I'm building up a real army!


That's a lot of work to gather up the characters and experiment with them; and it's not that stable yet... After starting a scene based on this, I've encountered a major bug that has literally ruined hours of work :'(
Sadly it appears that not all the characters you can see in the screenshots are working properly (most of them are not tbh): I have to filter out which ones are ok and which are not.

There are also some troubles with packaging but I believe I found a workaround. Long story short, I'm struggling a bit but that should be worth it :)

Nonetheless I hope I can achieve a decent proof of concept scene before the end of the month. At the very least, I'll share a collection of characters that you can add into any scene with minor FPS impact.
