i can def relate to your comments about the romance between yijin and heedo. they have a good bond but when it gets to potential romantic scenes i feel weird for the same reasons as you. my fav part of the show is always the bond between heedo and yurim, even when fighting its so interesting and compelling.

The development of Yurim and Heedo's relationship is my favorite part of the drama. I can't say love/hate at this point so their intrigue/hate relationship is the highlight of the show. I like Yijin and I like how supportive he is of Heedo, but I kinda feel the same as you. Even though the age difference isn't that large, he's still legally and mentally an adult while Heedo is still very innocent and child-like. Other than the romantic undertones, I like their bond.
