The Sanchez story always gets to me no matter how many times I've seen it. Good job at not crying. The serial killer is there to bring the people from Man Wol's life back to her so she can see they're ok now and the past is forgotten for them. It also gives you more insight into the friendship between Sanchez and Chan Seong, and shows that he isn't really chicken hearted at all. Most of all it's to make her afraid so the flowers will fall to fulfill Ma Go's prophecy. She loves someone for the first time in 1300 years and she's afraid for them. She's become fully human again. Being afraid is the downside of love.
