Hefty Troian Lorica of Fending - Cape Test (Patreon)

With this mod we have something a little different, I decided to test out adjusting the cape physics of the Troian Fending chest piece3 to see what it would take to get it functioning with Odin's cape, I think the results are pretty interesting, what do you guys think?
